Our House Has Three Apartments, Las Margaritas, Dos Cervezas, And Tequila, Which Can Be Rented Separately Or The House Can Be Rented As A Whole. We Are A Block And A Half From The Beach And Less Than Five Minutes By Foot From Restaurants, Groceries And Shopping.
Las Margaritas & Dos Cervezas Are Two Bedroom Apartments And Tequila Is A One Bedroom Studio.
Less Than A Block And A Half From The Main Beach In Barra De Navidad And Less Than 5 Minutes By Foot From The Heart Of Town,
Casa Del Mar Y Sol - Or House By The Sea & Sun Is Our Mexican Casa In A Quiet Neighbourhood On The Edge Of The Downtown Area. The Property Is Securely Gated And In A Well Lit Residential Neighbourhood, Steps From The Edge Of Town And The Beach.

The Apartments Share A Gated Courtyard With A Covered Sitting Area, A Second Floor Back Deck And A Beautiful Backyard Garden, Complete With Pool. All Apartments Have Wifi, Satellite Television, Coffee Makers, Fridge, Towels, And Maid Service*. Las Margaritas And Dos Cervezas Have Full Kitchens, While Tequila - As A Studio Room - Has A Bar Fridge And Coffee Maker.

Wonderful stay and wonderful owners
The suite was perfect for our two person needs where everything worked well. Beautiful deck and pool area too. We were lucky enough to meet the owners later who stayed in the suite below and they were very friendly and great to chat with.

wonderful time in Barra
We had a great time, it was our first time in Barra, everyone friendly and helpful. The rental property was located with in a 15 minute walk to everywhere in Barra. I felt very safe and the property was well maintained and clean. We enjoyed our stay and are talking about returning next year!!! Thanks

Loved it!
We really enjoyed our stay here . We rented the top two apartments, and both were clean and well kept. The beds and pillows were comfortable and the kitchen adequately stocked with everything you need to cook with. I am not sure if the tv worked - we never turned it on! :) There are two 24 hr 7-11 type stores within a 2 minute walking distance and the whole town can be explored by walking. Lots of markets and if you venture out, you might find the best bbq chicken ever. The people were super friendly, and never did we feel worried walking around at night. We would like to go back to Barra, and we will love to stay here again.
