This home features a large master bedroom with a king sized bed and modern en suite. The second bedroom has a queen bed and the third bedroom features a single over double bunk bed. The property is perfect for families with children or as a retreat for adults.

The property has a large wrap around deck with a BBQ and hot tub for outside entertaining. A spacious open concept living room/kitchen/dining room provides the perfect space for entertaining.

The location of this property is ideal for those wanting to walk or bike to downtown or to the lake. There is a local bike path within 100 metres of the front door. For guests staying during the winter months there is a free shuttle between the Panorama ski hill and Invermere. Also, the Lake Windermere Whiteway is a 34 km groomed trail for ice skating as well skate and classic skiing.

There are plenty of golf courses, a beautiful lake offering many water activities, mountains in which to hike, climb, camp and explore, a local ski hill with fantastic terrain and a downtown for the cafe/window shopper. There are many local restaurants, hot springs and tourist attractions that must be visited. Invermere is the gateway to the Bugaboos, a provincial park with some the of the most scenic mountains in the world. It is a paradise for any mountain enthusiast.
