There's a bedroom and bathroom on every floor, and a 2nd living room in the loft, so everyone can find that special place for an afternoon nap or to snuggle in with a book. Three floors include lots of stairs to provide those wonderful views of the Yachats rocky shore! This home is outfitted with all you could need to enjoy an incredible extended vacation of 30-45 nights.

In addition to being situated in a protected wetland area, you'll be in the south end of Yachats where the rocky shore hides endless discoveries in the tide pools! You can also take the nearby 804 Walking Trail to the main sandy beach of Yachats, or continue on the trail into town for shopping and dining!

**Guests are required to make a Security Deposit (included in the total of your reservation) to protect against any damages to and/or loss of items from the Property. The deposit will be held in Sweet Homes Vacation Getaways Client Trust Account and will be returned, minus deductions, not later than 14 calendar days after the termination of the agreement. We will provide a written statement at that time explaining any deductions.

Sleeps up to 6 - 2 Bedrooms and Loft, 2 Queens, 2 Twins, 1 Futon (in TV room,) 2 1/2 baths.
Vehicles: Licensed for 3 (strictly enforced- No street parking allowed)

Age Requirement: The primary registered guest must be at least 26 years of age. The majority of guests must be over 25, or children under adult supervision.

This home does not allow cat guests or other non-human, non-canine visitors. Dogs are welcome at this home but must be registered in advance and paid prior to arrival. This home has a 2-dog maximum occupancy! Pet Guests: One time $35+tax fee per dog. Pet fees are not included in the original reservation.
