This large and light-filled 3 bedroom apartment has been recently renovated and is a great mix of high, beamed ceilings and industrial features with modern amenities. You'll enjoy the gourmet kitchen with upgraded, stainless steel appliances, 2.5 large baths and a master bedroom with an attached bath that has a large soaking tub and separate shower. Two parking spaces are available for your use, along with an outdoor grill and patio area. The unit is on a quiet, tree lined street and is in a convenient location with Tower Grove Park, along with several restaurants and shops around the corner. Spacious, beautiful and convenient!

This was a surprisingly large townhouse! We were greeted by Stan who gave us a tour and was very friendly and helpful. The kitchen has everything you need and tons of space. We arranged the flowers into vases for my daughter‘s wedding in the beautiful courtyard out front, which was a very nice feature. It was great to have dedicated parking as well. The beds were comfortable and the bedrooms were very spacious. They were lots of nice little touches throughout the place, including cute little picture frames with the Wi-Fi information and toiletries in the bathrooms.

The only negatives are that the open ductwork makes for loud air conditioning, the living room furniture isn’t very comfortable, and the bathrooms have no counter space to get ready. My daughter got married and we needed a lot of counter space.

But on the whole, that didn’t matter because it was such a great place. I highly recommend it and would definitely stay there again!! Thank you for your hospitality, Stan and Phyllis!

excellent family stay!

The owner was very flexible and made our stay delightful and convenient! We had a great visit., and our 2 year old grandson was well accomodated. The whole family enjoyed this trip. The home was very clean and well supplied. The location was very good for us. Thank you!

Great Location and Quality Property

The location was central to the Family that we were visiting with close by access to Starbucks (walked there in the snow) and many restaurants. The unit was spacious, comfortable and maintained like new. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were very nice with quality showers. Would highly recommend, especially if you need three bedrooms. The owners were on site and very friendly and helpful, including a quick walk through of the property upon arrival.

Where have you been all my life!

The owner was very gracious and attentive. Couldn't ask for more - she lives next door so you don't have to worry should you need to reach her. Our group was arriving on different days and she made sure entry was available to accommodate us. If you enjoy cooking or plan to cook, the huge kitchen will make you feel at home. Plenty of space so no one is bumping into each other. There is space at the bar and a dining table for you to sit and enjoys your meals as well. Bedrooms are nice and airy, not cramped. The bathrooms are spacious. Awesome getaway and so much better than being in a hotel. The privacy alone is worth it. My family had such a great time that we are planning to return. You will not be disappointed! See you next year!

home away from home

This house was so homey and comfortable. It was well equipped, and if we needed anything, the owners were right there to help us! The beds were comfortable, a huge kitchen, everything was so clean - and so adorable!!!! Walking distance to some great neighborhood restaurants and bars. Loved it here!!!
