2 Beds, 2 Bath, Upper Floor Unit In the best kept Condo Building On The Mountain

Spacious, bright upper village condo with easy access to everything you’ll need. Spectacular views of the mountain and down the valley. Walk/ski to the main high speed quad, hot pools, restaurants and shops. The unit is in excellent condition and the mountain view is spectacular. The unit is on the quiet side of the building away from parties in the hot tub and, because it faces east, is bright in the morning but cooler later in the day during the summer than units on the west side. In winter there is a small skating rink just in front of the building. The Upper Village is where the Restaurants, Ski Chalet, Coffee Shops, Ski/Board/Bike rentals, Spa, Gym and main High Speed Quad are located. There is no comparison in the experience when you stay in the Upper Village. Condo has heated underground parking and is steps away from the pools and the upper-lower village gondola.

About Duncan Kent

We live in Calgary and bought the unit new. We use it mostly in the winter for skiing but also go up in the spring and fall when we can. Our grandchildren (7 and 8 years old) just love it and we really enjoy being there with them. They are getting to be good skiers already but we can still keep ahead of them for another couple of years.

Why Duncan Kent chose Panorama

Panorama is the best kept secret in the BC interior. It is far enough away from Calgary and Banff to keep the crowds away and the mountain is spectacular. The only time you will find crowds or lift lines is during school breaks but otherwise you will never wait for a chair! Panorama is a great resort with lots of vertical and runs for every ability. The ski/boarding school is excellent and there’s a great rental shop. In the summer there’s mountain biking, hiking, rafting, golf, and just about anything you can think of!

What makes this condo unique

This unit is considerably larger than most 2 bedrooms and has a lot of windows to show off the marvelous views and let in the light. There are no other buildings to block the view so you can see for miles. Since it faces east it is cooler in summer and quieter than most other units.

Perfect Family Getaway!

Had a wonderful family day weekend in Panorama and stayed at this beautiful unit. It was clean cozy and was so well equipped that the only thing we needed to worry about was the skis and food! We were a family of six (2 adults 4 kids) and we found we had plenty of space and did not feel cramped at all. We had a great time.

Condo was great. Super close location to lifts and activities. Did not know that resort starts closing down this time of year. Several of the restaurants were closed.

We loved this condo. It is a very well maintained unit and is appointed with up to date, comfortable furniture, beds, and linens. As well, the owners provide wifi and netflix for their guests. We would definitely use this condo again and recommend it to others.

Great condo moments away from the slopes!

We really enjoyed our stay in this on hill condo, with all we needed to accommodate 4 adults and 2 children. Communication with Duncan was always prompt, and helpful and much appreciated.

Definitely will consider staying here again on our next visit to Panorama, thank you again for the great rental experience!

Great view from well appointed Condo

Just very nice. Views from 3 sides in the Livingroom as the unit juts out. You can see upper Mt. runs and see what lifts are running. There is no view of the village or lower lift terminals. A two minute walk down to the Mile 1 Express after putting your boots on by the Pool level fireplace. Grab your skis from the locker and go. This property sits above the Village which you can't tell from the map.

I found everything that I needed including all spices and even cake pans. Very comfortable. I was allowed to bring in my small, polite dog. I found no evidence of any pets being there in the past - which is really nice for dog owners who don't want the smell or visual of bad pet/owner behavior.

If you want a beautiful setting with nice furnishings, this is it. Not ski in/out but no drive.

We take particular care to keep the unit in pristine condition and insist on doing a deep clean (at extra cost) if there is an agreement with guests that they may bring their pet. We do this to ensure that there is no trace of pets to bother subsequent guests. Sounds like it's working well. There is, by the way, a way to ski in to just across the street from the building and we will update our rental guide to explain how it's done.

Panorama is a great resort that won the 2016 North American resort of the year award. There's lots of vertical, runs for every ability and short lift lines. The ski/boarding school is excellent and there’s a great rental shop. In the summer there’s mountain biking, hiking, rafting, golf, and just about anything you can think of! During the ski season there's a free shuttle bus that runs frequently to Invermere for shopping, dining or just hanging out.
