This fantastic, newly refurbished condo is located in a quiet building in the heart of downtown Calgary. The C-train, Bow Tower, City Hall, Glenbow Museum are all located within a block of the building. Stampede Grounds are a short ten minute walk or one-stop C-train ride away.

The condo sleeps four. It is very comfortable for two adults or a family of four. It will accommodate four adults who get along well and can amicably decide who gets the sofa bed. The bedroom has an incredibly comfortable bed with a Sealy pillow top queen sized mattress. The leather sofa in the living room pulls out into a bed that sleeps two. All linens and towels are provided.

The living room is equipped with a Smart TV with Netflix. High-Speed WiFi is included. Laundry is available on the same floor.

Amazing restaurants pack the area but should you want to stay in and cook, the updated kitchen contains everything you need to prepare your own meals.

The 28th floor oversized balcony provides an amazing view of the city.

The sun deck on the fifth floor is a fantastic spot to watch the Stampede parade from. There is no better spot to watch the Stampede fireworks than the 28th floor balcony.

A covered, secure, parking spot is included with this rental. Please note that vehicle may not exceed 6 feet.
