Beautifully appointed and spacious 2500 sq ft home. Located in Arbutus. This beautiful space offers 3 bedrooms and 3 bath. Open kitchen with granite breakfast bar and gas range, hardwood floors throughout the house.

Lots of street parking or secured parking in rear.

When you arrive you will find fresh breakfast items and basic necessities. All sheets and towels are hotel quality. There is a large private outdoor seating area to entertain or eat outside. The house is located very central with easy access to sky train, buses and is 20 blocks from the beach.

You will have access to the entire house including the basement laundry room and playroom. There is a nanny suite which is private and can be included for an additional fee if available. Walk out your front door and land a few steps away from a direct bus to downtown, or walk 2 blocks and catch a bus direct to Skytrain and Canada Line. Main floor is very open with large dining, living and family room and bathroom. Upstairs is a master with en-suite and 2 large bedrooms with a second bathroom. Large front yard and lots of lush greenery.

Great stay - would highly recommend

We stayed here for 5 nights with our 10 month old twins, 3 year old daughter, and the grandparents. We know Vancouver well and can say without a doubt this house is well situated and close to nearby activities. There are many activities within a 5-10min drive and public transportation is nearby as well. It is located in a quiet and safe neighborhood and parking on the street was not a problem at all. The house is exactly as described and the photos are accurate. The property was well maintained and clean and the owner was very helpful in answering questions and providing information to make our stay more comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you might need. I would definitely recommend this property to others - it is perfect for families or groups of friends. The modern decor and furnishings appeal to adults, yet the house is very kid friendly. Overall a great rental for families.
