Main house with 4 suites plus 3 others sites with 4 suites to improve privacy. 7 suites are ocean front. Suites have just been renovated. Cleaning service plus serving bkft available with an extra fee of 240 reais per day. High speed Wi-Fi. Parking for 6 cars.

Perfect home in the perfect location
This is the absolute perfect home for staying any amount of time in Buzios! The house is immaculate and perfectly positioned right on the beach and just steps away from the town's busiest/most fun street, Rua das Pedras. The property housekeepers, Viktor and Jac are even more lovely, catering to your every need and ensuring that your stay at the home is fun, relaxing, and every bit as perfect as you and your party need it to be throughout your stay. While I was here during the winter offseason (August), I can only imagine just how much more beautiful this home and the surrounding area would be during peak periods. Would 1000% stay here again, I and my fellow guests enjoyed every second of our stay!

Jose Roberto está de parabéns. A casa é deslumbrante. Ainda mais incrível do que nas fotos. Acomodações impecáveis, limpeza perfeita, e o atendimento dos funcionários Ana Paula e Dickson é a cereja do bolo. Dedicados, simpáticos, prestativos. Eu e minha família amamos absolutamente tudo. O acesso a praia é perfeito. A casa fica a poucos passos da rua das pedras. A casa tem muito espaço e acomodações confortáveis. Eu indico sem medo. Fomos em 15 pessoas, sendo um bebê de um ano e todos aproveitamos demais. Paula e Dickson arrumam mesa do café da manhã lindíssima, fazem café, ovo mexido… fomos tratados como rainhas e reis. Tô encantada e já com saudades. Obs: José tira todas as dúvidas em tempo super rápido
