About Glenn Odegard

As a fifth generation general contractor and carpenter, I bought the house with the intent to restore to it's original state to preserve a unique piece of Jerome and Arizona history.

Pictured along with myself (on right) is Neil Riordan(on left). Neil, now age 81 along with his brother John , now aged 86, who grew up in this house from 1931 until 1953. Click on the second link below to read the 2 page article in ARIZONA HIGHWAYS MAGAZINE about the families life and their escape when the mudslide struck the house while living inside.

Glenn Odegard purchased this house in 2012

Amazing place!

My 3rd time visiting and I’m sure we’ll be back. We love Jerome, and this house has all the character one could want. The outdoor patio overlooking Jerome is amazing, and you can park your car and walk down the stairs to town. Love it!

Absolute wonder of a home!

  • 5 of 5

My friend is enthralled with Jerome and it's history so when her birthday plans were being discussed, renting a home was the obvious choice! The history of this house is absolutely intriguing and the attention to detail in the rehab process is incredible. The views from the porch are breathtaking and the swing was so much fun. We will definitely be back!
