Completely renovated - #904 Regency Towers located on the beautiful Grand Strand of Myrtle Beach. A very spacious 2 BR/2 Bath condo with 1,440 square ft of living space. Master BR has king bed and guest BR has a queen and twin bed. All new S/S appliances, Bosch washer and dryer, dishwasher, large refrigerator, beautiful new floors throughout, granite and walnut countertops and all new bathrooms. This is a non-smoking, no pets unit and rents Sat to Sat only, 7 night min. We spent 5 months gutting and starting from scratch to make it the best it could be and we love it as we know you will! 3 flat screen tv's 55', 46', and 32'. Free wifi, dvd player. Outside is a large pool that is covered and heated in the cooler months as well as 2 Hot tubs, and a kiddie pool. Inside located on main level is a gym with a sauna. all the amenities of home!!

Regency Towers is only a 5 min drive from the Myrtle Beach International airport. Many championship golf courses, excellent dining,and great shopping areas including 2 outlets are close by.

Regency Towers Condo
We enjoyed the condo although there were a couple things that could have made is better. 1. The king bed was very uncomfortable. The bed itself along with sheets & pillows. We ended up going out & buying new sheets & pillows. 2. The washer & dryer. SO SMALL!!! Was so small, we were afraid to wash more than two beach towels at one time. We’ve stayed in several different condos at Regency Towers & every other one had full size washers & dryers. Was shocked at the size. Very inconvenient.

Our stay
The location, amenities and staff at the regency were wonderful. The cleanliness of the unit was not great. The floors were very dirty to the point if you walked around barefoot your feet were black. There was sand, dirt and dust under the furniture and on the rugs. The unit itself was great. The pool and beach view awesome. The regency staff, especially Travis the security guard, were so friendly and down to earth and helpful. For the price of the unit the cleaning needs to be much better.

Great Vacation
We had a great family vacation.! Our condo was clean and beautiful and so were the views! The staff at Regency was helpful and very nice. We love this place and will be back again. Thanks for a great week. Sincerely the Lauffer's.

Great condo!
The condo is very nice and very clean! The resort it’s located in is older, definitely needs more elevators but the condo owners can’t help that. Would definitely stay here again

We live in Southern Virginia only a 4 hour drive from our 'home away from home'. We both grew up spending summers at Myrtle beach and loving it and are so happy and blessed to own this condo.

Why they chose this property

We came here on vacation and had stayed at Regency Towers many times in the past. We didn't plan on buying but after seeing the view from the balconies we were sold. We have not been sorry at all. Regency Towers boast largest condos on the beach.
