Spring Break & Holy Week (March 1st - April 9th, 2023): Restricted to Immediate Families Only. Immediate families are considered children, parents & grandparents only. No spring break groups will be permitted, regardless of age. Identification will be checked upon arrival. Day guests and visitors are not permitted at any time.

***IMPORTANT NOTE: This property is located within a gated community that has strict HOA rules and regulations. All guests are required to wear wristbands at all times, for the full duration of the reservation. Wristbands can not be taken off, and/or exchanged with any other person. A guest list is required in advance of check-in. ONLY those listed on the guest list will be provided a wristband and will be allowed on the premises. DAY GUESTS OR VISITORS OF ANY KIND ARE NOT ALLOWED. FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH THESE RULES WILL RESULT IN EVICTION.***

This town home is located in the exclusive Villas of South Padre subdivision, which is a beachfront gated community! This home is 2300 square feet and features a second floor living room, dining area, and fully stocked kitchen! Guests can enjoy cocktails outside while sitting on the oversized 2nd floor balcony. The kitchen is perfect for making family meals, and offers plenty of storage space. The bedrooms which are located on all three floors are tastefully decorated and are extremely spacious. Having plenty of room is not an issue in this large home! The large pool area in the subdivision is a great place to cool off and catch some sun! Rental guests with multiple vehicles (4 maximum) have full use of the garage. The Villas of South Padre Subdivision offers private beach access leading directly to the beach and ocean!

Great Location
The location of this property is great. It's just a short walk to the private beach and the community felt very safe. The pool area was also nice and it was close. This house, however, only sleeps 7 adults comfortably and we had 8 (6 adults, 2 adult sized teenagers). Do not try to fit 10 adults in this house like the max occupancy says. The house was clean, the AC worked well and it was spacious. The kitchen could use more dishware for those that plan on cooking meals or even just putting out some snacks. There were plenty of plates but only 1 large bowl, no lids for any pots and the very fancy oven did not work. (Maintenance came right away though but they were not able to get it working while we were there) SPI Rentals was great and the property maintenance and personnel were also great. They were very prompt to address issues. We would definitely stay in this community again.

Our stay Villa 6500 Bayview
I gave it a 3 star as the villa that we stayed in this time was adequate. I give SPI Rentals a 5 star for it's prompt service with any request and info. We have stayed at the Villas in the past and really enjoyed it each time. It is very secure and the grounds are well maintained. The staff at the gate are personal and very professional. The complex is located right on the Gulf so it is very short walk to the beach from any of the villas. The decks are perfect to enjoy the fireworks and sunrise.
