Kamaole Sands with its lush tropical gardens, fountains and location makes it truly a Hawaiian paradise. Kamaole Sands has been voted “Best Condominium on Maui” by the travel industry several times. The beaches at Kam I, KamII and KamIII are spectactular with fine sand, gentle slopes and family friendly. There is also snorkeling on the points between Kam 1 and Kam II and KamII and KamIII with frequent turtle sightings to go with the coral fish. Beautiful Keewapapu Beach is a short 10 minute walk through the nature preserve. There are several excellent restaurants within walking distance. Wailea with its upscale shops is a short 5 minute drive away. Several premium golf courses are also within a 10 minute drive. Location, Location, Location!!!!

Our 1 Bedroom, 2 Full Bath, 818 Sq.Ft. unit is located on the Ground floor with an extra large lanai, that can easily sit 6 people for meals or happy hours(They start earlier in Hawaii). Being on the ground floor with the large lanai, beautiful tropical plants and grassed area removes the confined feeling. The gas barbeque is only a few short steps away. The unit has undergone a major renovation in October. There is new laminate flooring the bedroom to go with the new king, pillow top bed. There is new porcelain tile throughout the living area. The kitchen has been totally redone, with an open concept, white shaker style cabinets and stainless steel appliances. The Queen Sofa bed in the living area will add to the sleeping accommodations. You will also find beach items, chairs, boogie boards, mats in the outside storage locker.

For your comfort there is a full kitchen complete with dishwasher, microwave, along with a vast selection of kitchen gadgets for the gourment cook. There is A/C in the Bedroom, Living area, as well as ceiling fans. The screened security door allows the evening breezes to flow throughout the unit.

The Kamaole Sands complex has a large swimming pool, kiddies wading pool, hot pool, 4 tennis courts and workout room.

Excellent accommodations, well stocked kitchen!

We loved staying here. Much cleaner than other condos we have stayed in on the same property. The kitchen has everything you need, including Tupperware for day trips and baking equipment. We found the fans adequate for the most part and didn't need to use the a/c that much. Ground level suite was perfect for our 3 year old, who liked to eat dinner on the lanai and play in the grass. Thank you, we would stay here again!

The kitchen was awesome and well stocked. Right across the street from the beach and a beautiful sunset view. My husband loved the snorkel equipment. We would stay again for sure.

Beautiful and well maintained condo

We really enjoyed our honeymoon in this great, updated condo. The lanai was great to enjoy, the bathrooms pristine, and the beds comfortable. Due sadly to some food poisoning we ended up having to use the pull out, and even it was very comfy. The condo has every comfort of home, and we loved bbq's after a long day at the beautiful beach across the street and lazy days at the amazing pool on site. We can't wait for another vacation here.

Wonderful property at great location

We stayed for one week at this condo, and loved it! It is very clean, well decorated, comfortable and has all the essentials to enjoy a great holiday. The hosts provide excellent resources for their guests, the deck is comfortable and the location is exceptional . We highly recommend this condo and look,forward to returning again in the future. Paradise

Kamaole Sands was beautiful! Well maintained grounds, pool, spa, exercise room and tennis court. Our condo was beautifully updated with everything we could have needed. Beach 3 is right across the street and absolutely gorgeous! The softest sand and warmest water! Plenty of shops and food just right down the street. We would definitely go back!
