Second floor: hall,4 bedrooms,1 bathroom, veranda (surrounding the home) around all bedrooms.Front wall all in glass with a gorgeous view of the golf course and vegetation.The land:5,000 square meters and fully grassed,with a garden and many trees, swimming pool with natural/fountain water, excellent shower,orchid house and a bromelia house,fruit trees,vegetable garden,chicken pen(hillbilly chicken eggs),ping-pong table, card table,steam oven ? pizza or barbecue.

Muito prazerosa
Fui com minha família com 8 pessoas e a casa acomodou muito bem todos eles. A casa é antiga, mas bem conservada e com toda a infraestrutura para fazer a estadia ainda mais. Importável. TV a cabo, internet em todas as áreas, uma área de lazer e excelente para todos os gostos e com todos os utensílios domésticos como se estivesse na minha própria casa. Forno de pizza, churrasqueira grande, Air fry, microondas, geladeira grande, freezer, etc! É diversão garantida para qualquer idade, sem esquecer a piscina, sauna a vapor, mesa de pingue-pongue , sinuca e totó. Com certeza uma casa que voltaria tranquilamente com minha família e amigos!!

Só tenho elogios para esse feriadão maravilhoso de descanso com a família. As pessoas super solícitas com tudo que precisamos ,comida feita com muito carinho pela dona Neia. O imóvel é excelente, até melhor que no anúncio. Muito limpo e as camas cuidadosamente arrumadas com roupas de cama perfumadas e limpas. O clubinho é maravilhoso e a neia e seu marido são muito simpáticos e prestativos. George é muito gentil e rápido nas respostas. Com certeza recomendo e voltaremos em uma próxima oportunidade.
