Everything about this place is excellent. Starting with the host, Gina. She's always on top of things. The location cannot be better. The condo is perfect for 2 people, small but convenient. The views is fantastic. Highly recommanded.

Condo needs TLC
We had a great time staying at this condo. It is far from the main hotel zone action/tourist area and is very quiet. We took the local bus to go places (12 pesos per person). The place has a small restaurant and bar. The pool is nice and the view from the porch is great. The beach is close and very nice. The problems we had is that the place is neglected. From the peeling paint and rust on the front door, to rust on the light fixture and shower head, to the broken kitchen cabinet. There kitchen is tiny with cheap plastic dishes, a rusted toaster oven and a small microwave. There is a tiny coffee maker, 2 drink glasses and 2 coffee mugs. We prepared most of our meals and it was a challenge. One other issue is that there are tiny little ants everywhere. We sprayed some of the holes in the wall but they kept coming. They ruined some of our food and were able to get into the microwave. The communication with Gina, the owner was great and so was with her local agent/manager: Graciela. With some upgrades, this small condo can be very nice.

Nice condo with beautiful view of the beach.
We had a wonderful stay. The view is absolutely beautiful and the condo was nice. The best part was Gina was great to help us. She even left water for us and cleaners were very nice as well.

Since we are not able to live there full time yet, we decided to share this gem with others. We love to give personalized service, to make you feel at home. We travel often to Cancun to visit our daughter and her family, so one of us will always be able to assist you to make this an unforgettable experience.

Why they chose this property

We fell in love with Cancun Plaza, first of all for it´s location, althought all Cancun beaches are beautiful, this one takes your breath away since it is far away from the crowed areas, there are no beach clubs or shops, and is just a few steps away from a little bay that will lead you to the coral reef. The hotel itself is very charming, with a seating area under the trees to relax from a hot day, catching up on emails, the infinity pool that makes you feel closer to the ocean and the delicious yet affordable restaurant right on the beach. We knew this place was for us, even more when we looked at the room and saw the amazing view we had.

What makes this property unique

The biggest benefit of this property has to be the view, either waking up to sunrise and warm breeze or falling asleep to the soothing sound of the waves, you will never want to leave this Paradise.
