A cute little home on a beautiful setting. We were visited by a little family of deer every evening. The home was clean and well cared for and the owners were very responsive to any questions we had.

Charming
Quintessential Montana living, complete with local wildlife viewing from every window. Every comfort was provided right down to the towels & beds with so many gathering areas inside and out. The hosts were beyond accomondating. The only downside was having to leave and return to reality after renewing & making new memories with college friends from the 60's. Thanks, John & Jani, for sharing your Montana treasure.

John and I grew up in the beautiful Bitterroot Valley and it will be our home forever. The saying, 'there's no place like home' is so true and we feel so blessed to live in such an amazing area.

Why they chose this property

My dad moved to this property as a boy when the neighbors in town complained of 'too many hound dogs'. He purchased the ranch from his parents in 1965 and my grandmother continued to live in this house for many years. We thought that many guests would enjoy the beautiful scenery and tranquility of the ranch that I was blessed to enjoy as a child.

What makes this property unique

This home was built in 1939 and is located on a working ranch and the views from the large living room windows are incredible. You'll enjoy many of the original features of this home. One of the many attractions is the fishing access right out the front door and you will love the gazebo right on the river's edge.
