Perfect for us!
My wife and I enjoyed our stay, was quiet and relaxing, we enjoyed waking up drinking coffee down at the river, grilling dinner and watching movies at night. Highly recommended!
Thank you for your nice review. So glad you enjoyed your stay!
The attention to details was outstanding. Super clean, everything about this property is amazing.
Cutest cabin ever!
Feels like you’re in the middle of the woods yet 10 min from Bellaire and Alden; 45 min from Traverse City. Exactly as pictured this cabin is clean with the kind of amenities that are typical when people have actually lived there. Loved the cozy fireplace. Weather didn’t really encourage use of the fire pit or dock by the water but we’ll look forward to that next time! Kristi was responsive and you gotta love a host that leaves Halloween candy for you! Thanks for sharing your beautiful cottage!
Had a 4 day weekend stay at the cabin, and had a wonderful stay, the cabin was very clean and well taken care of. Kristi was spot on a very responsive to our emails. Looking forward to re booking in the future.
Wonderful little Cabin in the Woods...Highly recommend!
The Cabin is in a pretty good location (close enough to town) and has wonderful views. It is the perfect place to get away from it all and recharge. The area is so beautiful and you can enjoy several activities from hiking, swimming,to canoeing. The owners are very helpful and stock the Cabin with needed items, as well as other items that you don't normally see at other rentals (we forgot aluminum foil when we were grilling and to our surprise they had some available for our use). It is the perfect place to connect with your partner as well as mother nature if that is what you are looking for, highly recommend!!
Thank you for your kind words. Glad you enjoyed your stay!
It's an adorable little cabin that may prove a challenge for tall people.
We spent a four-day honeymoon here and had a blast fishing off the dock and exploring northern Michigan. The cabin had nearly everything we needed and it felt like our own. My only minor complaint was that the bed was a bit bowed out and took a toll on my shoulders after a couple days.
