2 elevators serve every floor of the building and a night security guard is available for anything you may need.
The unit itself is beautifully appointed and fully equipped for your stay. Beach towels, bath & hand towels are provided along with quality linens and attention to detail from our weekly maid service (included).
The unit offers 2 terraces, one off the 2nd bedroom facing the church and town and the other off the living room with a sliding door and outdoor seating for relaxing and enjoying the views.
The kitchen is fully equipped and the unit offers purified water from all taps.
I am a Realtor and investor in Vallarta and was taken by the plans and location of The Park, giving it a clear advantage over older buildings with less services and special features.

Location location location. nd the 25 m semi Olympic pool were excellent selling features for me. Being this close to everything old town has to offer is a special place indeed
Ease of movement around town, proximity to great restaurants and the fabulous Saturday fresh produce Farmer's Market.
The location was absolutely perfect. 2 blocks from the beach, 2 blocks from Basilio Badillio (restaurant row), 2 blocks from the Malecon (boardwalk), and best of all it was 1 block from Bar La Playa. The pool deck is absolutely amazing. We never got a chance to use the grill, but it was a nice touch.
This was our second year in this condo at The Park. Highlights include the rooftop heated pool with its gorgeous views as well as the efficient, extremely helpful building staff. This 2 bedroom condo is spacious and comfortable with all the amenities of home. We really enjoy the patio as well. We will return again and again!
This large 2BR, 2BA apartment is clean and modern, beautifully decorated, and conveniently located for the beach, Malecón, shopping and restaurants, and transportation. There is a spectacular roof-deck with 360-degree views of the city, an infinity lap pool, and plenty of chairs and tables in sun and shade, with wi-fi and electrical plugs. The property manager, Karina, was extremely responsive to email requests, although we never met her.
Before booking there are a couple of trade-offs you should be aware of. Although the apartment is close to everything, it is extremely noisy, day and night. The terrace overlooks a busy bus route which produces unpleasant exhaust fumes and engine sounds so loud you can’t hear normal conversation or watch TV inside if the sliding glass doors are open. At night, the bars and clubs go full tilt until 5 am, so you can’t sleep with any of the windows or doors open. Fortunately, the windows are well-insulated for sound and air conditioning is included in the rent.
Second, the apartment is designed primarily for short stays. We were there for a month and were inconvenienced by the lack of any sort of dresser or chest of drawers (there are good-sized closets with a couple of shelves on the bottom and some cubbies, but not sufficient if you’ve brought a large suitcase) and a few basic items which we bought and left at the unit (laundry basket, serrated knife, espresso pot). There are plenty of pots and pans, dishes and silverware, but only 2 wine glasses. And the wire-mesh kitchen stools look pretty but are extremely uncomfortable (left bruises all over the backs of my legs) and the wrong height for the counter.
If you’re planning to spend most of your time on the roof, at the beach, or around town, and don’t mind using the air conditioning, this unit would be a good choice. If you’re looking for a quiet, private spot to read or work and enjoy the tropical breeze, this might not be the place for you.
Well situated 2 bedroom 2 bath condo one block from the sea in old Vallarta. This place has everything you need for an enjoyable stay: full kitchen, washer and dryer, large balcony, and a stunning roof top infinity pool and 2 jacuzzis. Really a nice building with good security and very nice staff.
The pictures are just a glimpse of how beautiful this condo is. It is incredible! Everything is very clean, neat and well decorated. The view from the deck is amazing. It does not show the ocean from the deck but the view of PV is beautiful and you really get a chance to see what everyday life consist of here. For your ocean fix, it is only 2 blocks away and you can see it from the amazing pool deck on the rooftop. You can walk pretty much everywhere without needed a taxi unless you wish to go to other areas like the Hotel Zone. Food is EVERYWHERE as well as the bank and convenience stores. You will not find a better condo! I will be back!!!!

The Park is located right in the heart of old town, steps from all the action of the main plaza (where the Saturday morning Farmer's Market is held each week), the beach, restaurants, cafes, shops and bars. Excellent fresh produce can be bought every Saturday at the market or daily at the Emiliano Zapata municipal market nearby. Los Mercado offers a superb deli with freshly baked bread and pastries, cold meats, cheeses and snacks plus a fabulous winery. Vinos Las Americas on Brasilia Badillo offers a wide range of excellent wines and spirits.
From The Park you can walk everywhere you like, without having to climb any hills and also have easy bus and taxi links if you are going further afield
Stop into A Page In the Sun just a few doors away (towards the ocean) to enjoy a morning coffee and book exchanges.
