About this property

Charleston Folly Beach Beach Oceanfront Condo

For the summer season, rentals are 7 days Sunday to Sunday (no fighting Saturday traffic getting in and out).
This is a top floor oceanfront condo with views all the way down to Kiawah. There are 2 parts to the balcony, glass enclosed and open with access from the living room and master bedroom. The master bath has double sinks and a jacuzzi tub. The other bedrooms each have their own bathrooms. All bedrooms have queen beds and dressers. The living room had a 42 inch LCD TV with DVD and satellite. The unit has all appliances, central HVAC, a covered parking spot, dining for 6, and ceiling fans throughout. The elevator opens right in front of the entry door. A storage room is in the parking lot. Linens and towels are provided and there is a laundry room with a front loading washer/dryer set. Trash and recycling are in the parking lot.
Seacoast Villas is only 2 blocks from the restaurants, bars, shops, and pier. It is close to downtown Charleston, James Island County Park, and the municipal golf course. WIFI is provided. Smoking is allowed outside the unit only. No pets.
Checkout time is 10:30 AM and checkin time is 4 PM.

Fantastic quick trip to Folly
This is the second time we have stayed at this property and it just doesn’t disappoint! The high ceilings and wide hallway make it feel spacious. The view of folly is unmatched. All TVs had a fire stick so we could sign into our streaming accounts. Love going out to look for shells on the beach. Can’t wait to come back!

This is the closest beach to Charleston with so many great activities to pursue. James Island County Park is 5 miles away with its own water park, hiking, climbing wall, etc.
