Please come and enjoy our beach house on the beautiful sands of North Topsail Island Beach. Enjoy some of the most beautiful sunrises and sunsets found on the North Carolina Coast. While visiting the Topsail area, you will enjoy some of the most pristine, uncrowded beaches anywhere on the east coast. The area boasts the greatest simple pleasures of life. Here you will witness coastal wildlife flourishing in its natural environment. The Shipwatch Villas is a relaxed condominium community on the ocean. Enjoy the beachside swimming pool or surfing in the ocean. Take a relaxing stroll along the beach or take a run down to the pier. Throw in a line or surf cast all day. Grill a hot dog in the community charcoal grill area or dine out at the many local restaurants. Shipwatch Villas 1316 is located on the third floor and can be accessed by the stairs or elevator. This two bedroom, two bath condo is tastefully decorated and has great views of the ocean and the pool. The living room offers a queen size sleeper sofa, flat screen TV, DVD player and internet service. Also off the living room you will find a sliding glass door that leads you to a private balcony. Down the hall you will find the master bedroom with a king size bed that leads to the private balcony and a master bathroom. At the end of the hall, just past the full bath, is the second bedroom. Offering a queen size bed and a set of bunk beds with a TV. Sunrises..... Sunsets......What else could you ask for while on vacation at Topsail Island, NC

Great Affordable Getaway
This unit is nicely updated and well kept -- the owner was very helpful with the questions we had and everything went smoothly. Our teen granddaughters wanted a getaway during spring break and we all really enjoyed our stay.

Topsail Area-Quaint and Beautiful
I had read about Topsail being a sweet hidden gem beach community and it truly is. Nice beach, great access to beach. This condo is very nice, great classic coastal decor. Great balcony and great view. It was a little dusty but clean. We also could not fine any washcloths and only one hand towel for the bathroom but we did find bath towels still in the dryer. These are minor little things, but all in all, a great unit, large community of condos but grounds were in great shape, had elevators and luggage carts--great stay!

What can go wrong when girls get together for some beach time? Nothing! And with a beautiful place to stay and hang out when not on the beach it makes it even better! My only request is that I wish I would’ve known that I did not need to bring beach chairs and a shade as there was everything we needed right there! Would recommend to friends! 😎
