Very private comfortable pool/spa home. Boat parking on side of home. King in spacious master, Queen in 2 guest bedrooms. New couches, but it NOT a fold out couch. Natural Gas BBQ boasts the very private pool/spa/patio setting in rear yard. Garage not available. Living Room includes 2 couches, recliner. Wireless internet, flat screen TV's in all 3 bedrooms and Living Room. Open living feel with split bedroom floor plan. Garden tub and shower in master bath. Private french doors from master bedroom to pool/spa. Indoor laundry. NO PETS NO Garage Access for nightly/weekly reservations. Release of Liability Agreement e-signed prior reservation.

The property was great for my family, We enjoyed driving through the neighborhood. Google maps took us in every direction possible. close to stores and not too far from the water. We had a great time.

Great house and pool. Close to golf and beaches. Weather was tremendous, much better than the snow we came from.
