We have lived on Marco Island since 2012, and love to call this paradise home. Originally we hail from Minnesota, and still go back in the summer to visit friends and family. There is a lot to love about Marco Island. We enjoy the community, boating, weather, beaches, and laid back atmosphere of the island. We currently have our kids enrolled in the local schools on the island and I am a practicing realtor working at Premiere Plus Realty. I have over 20 years experience selling real estate and managing rental properties in MN and Marco Island so if you any questions, ask away!

The home is close to everything, you can walk, bike or drive, you choose. The finishes on this house are high-end with top quality furnishings! We try to supply just about anything you might need. This vacation home truly is unique on the island with it being 'updated very nicely', super clean, and having almost everything you could need/want. Bring your clothes and sunscreen!

This was our 1st trip to Marco Island, and it didn't disappoint. We took a chance on this home because in the pictures it looked beautiful. I must say it was more impressive once we arrived. The owners have thought of everything you could want to have at this house. Huge TV's, nice furniture, nice bedding, and accessories they thought of it all.



We were surprised how warm it gets in May, however the Lanai is large and it provided nice shade. The pool was a nice size and fun to lounge in. I would highly recommend this home to anyone looking, at the rate we paid this place is a bargain!

This house has it all and it's brand new inside, with all mechanicals new as well! Entire home has natural stone travertine throughout, new cabinets and granite in all areas. Professional decorated with many Tommy Bahama pieces in home this home including bedding. It has that 'Wow' factor that you will love. Come enjoy your vacation in paradise. Close to the beach, bike right out your front door ,house is on water, short drive to everything. You will not find a more complete, cleaner, nicer rental on the island for this price point.

Wonderful relaxing home. Kitchen was well stocked with everything you needed, cooked a few nights while there. Area was quiet [even with construction next door]. Manatee in canal out back [mom & baby!] was really cool to watch. Totally enjoyed the pool day & night. Beaches were great - went to the public beach by the Apollo and Tigertail. Great shelling. Went on the Craigcats - what a fun adventure! So many restaurants to choose from - all were good. Good times in Goodland. Couldn't have asked for a nicer place for a R&R vacation. Hope to get back real soon!

The home is beautiful and clean!!

The homeowner was easy to contact and very accommodating. The home is located on a beautiful property right on the water. My husband and I stayed there with our two little boys and I loved that all of the doors had security alarms. The layout of the home is spacious and the kitchen was perfect. We really enjoyed our stay, the home, and we love Marco Island. We plan to visit again soon.

Great home near the beach

The house was spacious, clean and very up to date. Pool was beautiful. 15 min walk to beach, we tried to ride bikes from the house to save time. Well stocked with pool toys and towels.

Only downside was no baby stuff was available, no crib, no high chair. That was not a big deal for us, we just brought our own, but anyone with very little kids should be aware.

Wow! Great location and beautiful property!

We had planned our Marco Island visit one year in advance. We were staying at a local resort until they cancelled our reservation one week before arrival due to damage from Hurricane Irma. In order to salvage our vacation, we found the San Marco House. John responded immediately and was able to accommodate us. He was always quick to respond to our questions and helped us with a boat rental. From the moment we entered the house, we knew we made the right choice. The house was exceptionally clean and we lacked nothing as far as amenities were concerned. I’m an avid cook and the kitchen was fully stocked for any meal preparation. The pool was clean, warm and was great to lounge about on days we weren’t out exploring the island or beach. There is so many things that are great about this property, you definitely should check it out for yourself!!!

Perfect

I have never written a review in my life but thought I had to this time. I have rented many homes all over Florida and this house was by far our favorite. Not only is it a lovely house, the owners have thought of everything you could need and provided everything which you would otherwise end up spending time and money going out and buying. It doesn't feel like a rental it feels like a home. and my family all felt really comfortable. John the owner put me in touch with a local boat rental company who done me a deal on a boat for the week and let me keep it at the house. We fished, spent time at some lovely beaches which are not accessible by car

and even watched the eclipse while floating along the Gulf! I can't recommend this house enough and would definitely book again.

3.Any guests over 6, (8 maximum in home will require an additional $25 per day fee per person)
4.The $59 insurance fee can be waived by Damage Deposit buy filling out Credit Card info on my rental agreement I always email you, or including a deposit check of $500. Please call if you have questions.
