This 5 acre paradise is privately situated at the end of the road in a quiet peaceful country style neighbourhood, yet a short walk through the park takes you to one of Kelowna's major shopping centres. From your doorstep you can walk to shops or cycle down the Greenway past golf courses, through horse country, and eventually to Lakeshore road. The nearest golf or winery is within 3 klm all other amenities within 10 klm.

This property is generally not a good fit with adult only get-aways who are coming to the valley to enjoy rambunctious evenings with their friends. This is a family neighbourhood and since we also live here, we simply can not have traffic coming and going, or very loud social activity beyond 11 pm.

Best spot for family get togethers, from young parents with small children, to multi generational reunions. Super location for mature couples here on golf trips. Active people love it here.
