In elegant surroundings, villa with pool and large garden with trees and flowers of all kinds. Bright villa on three floors, just 1 minute walk from the lake, adjacent to Villa Melzi and its gardens. The house has for each bedroom its own bathroom with shower and toilet (floors 1 and 2). Inside the villa (floor level -1) there will always be someone trustworthy service that will be available for anything (my collaborator Sumedha). Possibility to park your car inside the house, bus stop to Milan, Como and Lecco in front of the house.

Extraordinary!
We had an amazing stay at this beautiful villa which is a few minutes walk just outside of Bellagio. Beautifully landscaped with a lovely swimming pool, this home has all the comforts of home and more. We were greeted at the villa by the gracious caretaker who made himself available to us for all our needs and was the perfect host. We enjoyed our time there immensely and would happily stay there again.

Truly awesome experience
Our blended family of 8 adults stayed at this lovely villa recently (mid November) and would surely love to return in the future. Location and views are spectacular. Easy walk to downtown and the ferry. Although many things were closed for the season, the owner Davide offered wonderful dining recommendations and was extremely responsive. One of the best parts was Sumedha, the lovely caretaker who lives on the property. It's unusual to have someone living in a rented property like this, however, having been to Italy before in more remote areas (such as Bellagio) part of the reason I booked this particular property was knowing that someone local would be there. Sumedha made lovely breakfasts for us (at a reasonable additional cost) and saved us the first night by loaning us some much needed adapters (phone chargers) that we had forgotten! He was a wealth of information and assistance and made our stay that much more enjoyable! Kudos to Davide and Sumedha for your sincere hospitality!
