Our modern, bright south facing unit is the perfect mountain getaway for families with children, for a group of friends or as a couple’s retreat.

Our two bedroom, two bathroom 1200sq.ft. condominium is just a 5minute walk from the heart of downtown Canmore . The buildings are secluded between two small creeks with a beautiful boardwalk winding over the creek and surrounded by the stunning Rocky Mountains. No traffic, no noise just perfect peace and serenity.

With all the high end finishes of a boutique hotel plus all the away from home necessities, this is a perfect spot to unwind with family and friends.

The most beautiful view of the Three Sisters Mountains is on full display from the picture windows.

A fully equipped kitchen, all stainless steel appliances and granite counter with bar seating for 4 and a dining table seating 4 makes it easy for family meals. Leather couches, river rock fireplace and flat screen TV plus plenty of family puzzles and board games means even unfavourable weather doesn’t mean you can’t snuggle down and have fun.

Each bedroom has high-end, quality linens, down duvets & the bathrooms a deep soaker tub and two glass showers.

There is an infant’s travel cot & toys and an adult’s (camping) cot for a last minute extra guest.

The ground floor condo has a large patio with 4 adirondack chairs looking onto the most spectacular views surrounded by lovely landscaping.

The building has a well- equipped gym, an outdoor, year round hot tub and underground heated, secure parking. The entire building is heated using geothermal technology & the condo has radiant infloor heating. A washer/dryer is also in the unit.

Complimentary Bike rentals are available on site on a first come, first serve basis. Great way to enjoy the endless bike path network.

National Park Vehicle Pass is included for your convenience!!!!

We are a family living in Calgary who love being close to the mountains. We like to ski, hike, bike and generally enjoy all the Rockies and the amenities of Canmore. We love to travel ourselves and experience other cultures and locations but always look to relaxing retreats in Canmore. This is our home away from home, the serenity of the area and the quietness of the unit is an escape from our daily lives in Calgary.

We bought this property after having visited Canmore numerous times. We are hoping to share our love of the Rockies with our 2 children and we know it will be a great place for family vacations and a place for the kids to experience nature and outdoor recreation. We hope you will enjoy our home as much as we do.

What makes this condo unique

We really love the location of our condo; it allows you to enjoy the town without needing to use a car. Having the shops a short walk on the boardwalk means you do not have to plan ahead, and you can go out and enjoy an evening meal or night at the pub with a short walk home. The ground floor location is a tremendous plus, it provides easy access to a larger patio area within a private setting allow us to enjoy the view, especially while the kids are able to play outside a short distance away. The Spring Creek Mountain Village is a development like no other in Canmore. It's a master planned community with great amenities for residents and guests of all ages.

Home Away From Home

This condo was excellent in so many ways! Plenty of room for two couples. The beds were lovely and comfortable. The bathrooms spacious and very clean. As was the kitchen. We used the BBQ several times, and the patio with the chairs in a park like setting looking at THAT VIEW was a winner! We spent as much time as we could out there.

The condo is part of a complex that was quiet and safe. Try to take advantage of the free bike hire. But be aware there is a substantial (refundable) deposit required first.

There is construction going on nearby (and yes, the GPS sent us through it in the middle of the night-so I do recommend asking for the directions we found written in the folder at the condo).

What sold us on this place was the location. Canmore is a lovely town. Not as touristy as Banff, but it still had plenty to offer in the way of shops (loved Canmore Brewing Company) . The condo is situated between two picturesque creeks and it is a peaceful 10 min or so walk beside one of them to Main St, and only a few mins more to pick up groceries.

We visited Banff, Lake Louise and Moraine. Kanaskis Country, Athabasca Glacier, Peyto Lake, Johnston Canyon, the walks around Bow River in Canmore. Banff Gondola and even saw a bear cross the Icefields Parkway! All from Canmore as a base.

When we had a couple of questions Hardev and Charlotte answered them to our satisfaction. We did find the platform of Home Away very difficult to understand (as others have mentioned). It was the only one we had trouble with on our 5 week trip.

Would I stay here again?

Spectacular

Well designed, easy to live in 2 bedroom unit. Great view of the Three Sisters.

Very convenient to walk into “downtown” Canmore for meals and shops.

Well equipped kitchen. Comfortable beds and roomy bathrooms.

Hardev was very responsive to an issue regarding one of the televisions.

Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

This condo in it’s beautiful location is absolutely fantastic!

This two bedroom, 2 bathroom condo offers everything you could possibly want. It was sparkling clean, wth lovely decor, huge stone fireplace, big screen tv with Netflix, the most comfy beds, top of the line appliances and natural gas bbq. A top attraction is 4 high end Adirondack chairs on the patio with a stunning view of the Three Sisters mountain range. So nice to be away from traffic and yet only a 10 min walk to Main Street.

This unit it also well equipped for little ones, including high chair, playpen and toddler dishes.

Can’t wait for our next visit!!

Beautiful Condo in an awesome location!

We stayed here with 2 couples for 2 weeks and it was absolutely gorgeous! The inside of the condo was immaculate and was very well appointed. Large living area with beautiful views of the mountains and a kitchen with a large fridge and everything you could need to cook a lovely meal. The electric fireplace in the living room was also a bonus. Both bathrooms were lovely, and one included a huge soaker tub which is a plus when you are in the snow. Canmore is a super cute area and the condo is located right next to the main street with cute shops and yummy restaurants galore. It is also just a short drive from Banff proper. We would absolutely stay here again in a a heartbeat! Highly recommend! Thank you so much for sharing your home with us!

Great Canmore condo!!

We were a group of ladies looking to get out of the city for a weekend for some R&R. Hardev & Charlotte’s condo was a comfy, clean and perfect for us. A short walk to downtown Canmore but nestled in beside the creek, it was accessible but still peaceful. Beautifully decorated in a modern but casual style, we felt instantly at home. The condo had everything we needed and was spacious enough for 4 of us to spread out and relax. We will definitely return. Thanks for a fantastic stay!!

Elevation Place is a 2 minute walk way. This is Canmore's premier recreational and activity center. Opened in 2013, this complex houses the community swimming pool, water slide, exercise facility and an expansive indoor climbing wall. Canmore Public Library is also co-located in the same building.

For all bookings deposit of 50% due at reservation time, balance due 30 days prior to arrival. All other bookings less than 30 days, 100% paid at time of booking.

1. CHECK-IN TIME IS AFTER 4 P.M. local time AND CHECK OUT IS 10:30 A.M. local time. Early check-in and late check-out only if previously arranged

2. This is a NON SMOKING condo unit. Pets are NOT PERMITTED.

3. DAMAGE DEPOSIT- of $250 CAD will be secured when booking and returned within 7 days after inspection that no damage has occurred other than normal wear and tear, no undue cleaning is necessary, or the electronic key, Park Pass, or other items have been returned. Charge for lost or damaged card keys is $70 (please be careful with the card keys as even small cracks make them inoperable). Charge for lost Park Pass is $150.

4. PAYMENT – Only accepted on online secured booking site via the this site.

5. CANCELLATIONS: Cancellations within one month of arrival date will forfeit full payment.

6. MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY- The maximum number of guests is limited to 5. Unit sleeps 4 with a fifth on a camping cot.

7. NO DAILY MAID SERVICE – While linens and bath towels are included, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. There is a washer & dryer in the unit as well as a coin laundry in the building. We do not permit towels or linens to be taken from the unit.

8. MINIMUM AGE – contact person listed above must be at least 25 years of age or at the discretion of the owner.

9. FALSIFIED RESERVATIONS – Any reservation obtained under false pretence will be subject to forfeiture of rental money, and the party will not be permitted to check in.

10. WRITTEN EXCEPTIONS – Any exceptions to the above mentioned policies must be approved in writing (email) in advance.

11. PARKING: 1 underground parking stall, Stall 108 as well as street parking. Garage door clearance 7'3".

12. SPORTS EQUIPMENT:is not allowed in the unit must put in garage storage.
