Bring nothing but a smile and you will be fine in Paradise. Totally stocked with nice kitchen ware, great linens, beach chairs, bikes, beach toys and the list goes on and on. Outside furniture galore as well as a gas grill . Very important because you won't want to be inside until after dark ! There is also two large beach canopies that you may use as well as a cooler. Nice televisions in two of the bedrooms. Internet access and free long distance.

Great January stay
We spent a great January at Sea Dunes. We've stayed at a number of locations in Florida, and this was the best; a great view of the beach, a clean house with all the amenities and wonderful restaurants close by. It was terrific.

Beautiful Oceanfront location.
This property’s location is amazing. The beach is right out your front door - it’s clean - on the no vehicle section - the view is stunning and the beach is nice and quiet! The deck is well appointed and the property has a good selection of beach accessories for it’s guests! The location is nice and close to Publix and a quick drive or nice bike ride to the public beach access and beachside shops. The unit comfortably accommodated our family of 7 - there was room sharing but it was totally doable - beds are comfy - and the unit is well appointed with almost everything you’ll need. Janice’s instructions were super easy to follow - and she explains everything fairly well. I would suggest a list of general items the renter may want to bring in addition to her instructions as we weren’t aware we would need to bring our own toilet paper, paper towel, dishwasher tabs, pump hand soap etc. Only two major complaints: - Cleanliness - I would suggest a new cleaning company. The unit was not clean. Will msg rental owner separately with details. Also, the cleaning company was still at the until well past 3pm and we had to sit in the parking lot and wait for them to vacate after a long travel day with 4 kids - so it wasn’t ideal. - it is not super toddler friendly in some ways, I had to move many wine glasses and breakable items to a cabinet - and we were constantly on the defence for the breakable items and choke hazards that were displayed in the niche under the TV.

Stayed here for the week for my sons spring break so he could work at a local bait shop, 38 Bait. Love the house and location, hard to beat this one.

Great location and deck
The location and amenities of the house were great. The weather wasn’t the best this week so we weren’t able to access the back deck like we would have liked to but obviously no one has any control over the weather. House was stocked well. There were a number of missing lightbulbs and the loft area could really use a dresser but other than that it was a perfect location for two families.
