Home Away from Home
My family of 6 lived in this VRBO for three months while our house was being repaired from hurricane damage. Carole and Kenny went out of their way to make our stay absolutely perfect! We welcomed our fourth baby and celebrated Christmas during this time and we couldn’t have asked for a better home away from home. The house is spotless, has every thing you could ever think of or need, and has lovely furnishings and appliances. The neighborhood is quiet, safe, and centrally located. Being a local, I can tell you, it doesn’t get any better than this! Thanks Carole and Kenny for making a stressful time in our lives manageable.

This place is great!!
This was our first time using VRBO... Mr. Kenny and Mrs. Carole where great hosts and answered any question we had right away. The place is very clean, safe and is fully stocked with everything you may need for your stay!!

Family Friendly in Metairie
My family and I stayed at Bonnabel Place for over a month during the Mardi Gras season and we are so glad we did! The home has everything you could possibly need. It is well-stocked with toiletries, towels, and kitchen essentials (including disposable wear). The owners are extremely helpful and quick to communicate. The location was an absolute perfect choice for us. Not far from the heart of New Orleans, but a welcome retreat from all the hustle and bustle. There are multiple stores (including a grocery store and a Starbucks) within walking distance, which was very helpful due to the fact that we only had one car during our stay. Bonus: this home is located within walking distance to the parade route! This made Mardi Gras such a fun experience for us. I highly recommend Bonnabel Place!

We were both born and raised in New Orleans, Carole on the East bank of the river and Kenny on the West bank. We currently live in a flood prone area outside of New Orleans East that was devastated by Hurricane Katrina. We purchased the Townhouse as a safety net in the event of another flood. The Townhouse has never flooded and could become our permanent residence at any time. We furnished the townhouse with this in mind and included all essentials.
