About Kenny & Carole

We were both born and raised in New Orleans, Carole on the East bank of the river and Kenny on the West bank. We currently live in a flood prone area outside of New Orleans East that was devastated by Hurricane Katrina. We purchased the Townhouse as a safety net in the event of another flood. The Townhouse has never flooded and could become our permanent residence at any time. We furnished the townhouse with this in mind and included all essentials.

Best girls vacation yet

We had such a wonderful stay in your Townhouse. I would recommend it to anyone who asks and also to those who don't. It had everything we girls needed and trust me, we have quite a list of Criteria. Like one of my girlfriends stated it was Top Notch down to the toilet paper.

What a beautiful patio to sit and have a glass of wine and relax at the end of the day.

You are minutes away from the French Quarter and any Trolley system. I recommend everyone at least try it once. (the green line trolley) Also there are great restaurants and grocery stores in walking distance. I guess my only complaint is they we couldn't stay longer. Thank-you again Cindy

No detail overlooked in this well-kept, spacious townhome!

This space was even way more spacious and charming than the pictures showed. The owners have thought of everything that a visitor might need during their stay. If you forgot something, don't worry--they have it! I think our favorite part was the outdoot patio--quaint and intimate, with a beautiful garden and even a New Orelans street lamp to add even more charm. We loved staying here, and would definitely stay again.

Kenny and Carol are by far two of the finest hosts I’ve met.

Kenny and Carole were communicative prior to our trip and met us on time at the property to personally show us around. They had every piece of information we might need available to us. The townhome is beautiful. It is immaculate, well decorated and comfortable. It has all the amenities we needed to make it our home away from home. The pool wasn’t particularly clean during our stay, so we did not swim, but the patio was very nice, so for the limited time we were not being tourists, we spent time relaxing there. We truly enjoyed our vacation in part thanks to the lovely property and our hosts. Thank you!

Awesome place, close to everything.

This town home exceeded our expectations. It is large and has every amenity you can think of. We had 6 of us and we were very comfortable. The neighborhood is very quiet and you would never know you had people right next to you. We were within 7 miles of Jackson Square and downtown New Orleans. The plantations are a bit further, but made for a great day trip. It was nice to walk to the restaurants and grocery stores just blocks away. Ken and Carole were such gracious hosts and made sure to give us info on all the area activities, attractions, and transportation options. We felt very safe and comfortable. Will definitely stay there again if we are ever in the area .
