Cliffview Condominiums are located on the Guadalupe River, 20
minutes from downtown New Braunfels on River Road between the second and third
crossings. Enjoy the scenic cliff-side and beautiful 300 feet of DIRECT RIVER ACCESS right out your front door! There is tube rental and shuttle service available next door. You can enter the
river here and exit at a variety of places up and down the river and be
returned to the property. This location is perfect for playing in the river or
just relaxing as you watch others float in the river below. Also if you enjoy
live music, the property is short drive to River Road IceHouse, & Gruene
Hall. If you are a lover of antiques, the home is less than 10 minutes from the
towns of New Braunfels and Gruene, which provide antique shops as well as many
unique shops where artisans sell their wares. The home is also close to great
BBQ as well as several outlet malls. If you get tired of playing in the river,
'Schlitterbahn', a wonderful water park is located in New Braunfels.


The new Disposable Container Law in New Braunfels does not apply to our
section of the Guadalupe River. Ban applies to the Guadalupe River within the
City Limits of New Braunfels.

This is a NEWLY CONSTRUCTED luxurious 3BR/3Bath. Open Kitchen/Dining/Living room
with many amenities. Full Kitchen with dishes, all appliances and cookware
provided. 3 flat screen HD TV's with Time Warner Cable and wireless internet.

Boating, water-skiing and sailing can be found 10 minutes away at
Canyon Lake. The drive up River Road to the lake is notably one of the most
scenic areas in Texas. Watch for deer and other wildlife along the way!

Some friends and I stayed through Labor Day and had a blast! Lots of friendly people staying on the property and we had a good time hanging out! Will be back next year for sure!

Why they chose this property

The area is beautiful and the view from the front porch is stunning. The cliffs across the river are not something you find very often in Texas. We enjoy floating with the kids and having adult nights out listening to music. The location is central to Canyon Lake, Greune and New Braunfels.
