This is a place that appeals to everyone who stays here. Totally familiar environment. The highlights here are: location, security, peace and cleanliness. The best neighborhood. The best beaches (Millionaires, Olivença). Close to everything. It is five minutes walk to the airport. We have everything on hand: bars, restaurants, pizzerias, steakhouses, Japanese food, Mexican food, delicatessens, markets, sandwich shops, snack bars, pharmacies, ice cream parlors, etc.
We also have the option of a kitchenette and a 2 bedroom apartment in the same location.

RATES: From the third guest (at any time of the year) there will be an additional R $ 20.00 per person. In the high season (December 16 to February 28), carnival and June holidays (June 23 to July 20) the properties have different values.

O processo foi tranquilo,tive problemas pra chegar no local no dia,devido a chuvas constantes,pedi para ficar 1 dia a mais,já que cheguei 1 doa depois do combinado,e não consegui um acordo com o proprietário,o local é bem arrumado,tive toda a atenção q precisei,só a divergência de informação que realmente me deixou mto triste,perdi 1 dia e o preço nem se quer foi alterado,,

Os proprietarios são muito amáveis e carinhosos. Nos deram total suporte e as orientações que precisávamos. Excedeu nossas expectativas. Só temos a agradecer a excelente estada. Foi um descanso muito bom pois o local é otimo a dona maria luiza é pessoa maravilhosa o local tem um espaço maravilhoso, podendo voltar certamente ficaremos lá outra vez obrigado por tudo.
