This is a charming cottage with a quick walk to Main Street, Sag Harbor. Located in a private community with a gorgeous, private beach. Offering limited waterfront views from the front yard and 2 minute walk to the scenic sandy bay beach that is ideal for a family with young children or for two couples. Cooled by the bay breeze, the home also offers window unit air conditioners. The yard offers shade trees and an outdoor grill. Walk home from the beach to grill lunch or grab a cool drink.

Michael is an amazing host and House is very nice, perfect location and has a private beach!
The house is great value for money, amazing location, private beach is less than minute walk, very calm and vice area, house is very clean and has everything you might need. We have really enjoyed the stay and Michael is a fantastic host! I would really recommend that to everyone, very fair value for money!

Nice place and nice location
The cottage was comfortable and a convenient location for us. Michael and his wife were very communicative and helpful. The internet and TV were a plus as well. If we need a place in Sag Harbor again we will definitely consider this location.

Wonderful Getaway
We enjoyed staying in this charming cottage during our week long visit. The house is attractive, comfortable, and well maintained! It is a short walk to the beach or to downtown Sag Harbor. We particularly enjoyed mornings spent eating and talking in the back sun room. The owner was accommodating to our needs, and has done a great job providing guests with information about the house as well as the surrounding community. We hope to return next summer.
