Wonderful flat (35 sqm+sqm 8 of terrace) situated in the historic centre of Florence (in the restricted traffic zone), only 100 meters from the Duomo Square.

From the panoramic sun terrace and from the windows you have a beautiful view of the Santa Croce church
The apartment is located on 4th floor (with lift) of an historical building and has been completely renovated in March 2015

In few minutes walking you will reach: Piazza Duomo, Accademia Gallery, Uffizi Museum, Ponte Vecchio, Signoria square, Santa Croce Square etc

Kitchenette, dining/livingroom with sofa bed (for 1 person), 1 bedroom with double bed that can be converted into 2 single beds, 1 bathroom with shower

A wonderful apartment
A perfect apartment especially for solo travelers who wish a longer stay to explore this wonderful city … several family members came to visit me during my stay and loved it as well. Location is perfect to avoid the tourist crowds yet still be minutes away from the main spots like the duomo and Santa Croce Terrace is delightful and Emmanuel the manager was exceptionally helpful.

Springtime in Florence
Our host Emanuelle made our check welcoming and informative. He took the time to sit down with us and share some of his favorite restaurants and shopping areas. We took his suggestions and loved every minute we spent in Florence. After a long day of exploring his home was a perfect place to relax and renew.
