Centrally located - Walk or ride your bike to downtown, shops, beach, hotels , private and close to all amenities. Kelowna's downtown core is just a 20 minute walk,5 minute drive or a $10.00 cab ride. Knox Mountains park and all its trails are close by as well as Prospera Place . Everything is a short drive away close to amenities, Orchard Park Mall amongst others, groceries, all that downtown Kelowna has to offer, This Glenmore view home has been renovated and is great for entertaining, double patio doors leading to a large deck in a private setting, with wonderful city and lake view complete with natural gas barbecue. There is plenty of seating on the deck and in the house with dining room, kitchen and pub seating at the bar that ajoins the kitchen. The house has an open floor plan and 4 bathrooms and 4 larger bedrooms. The master has a 3 piece en-suite with king size bed, the 2nd bedroom on the main has a queen sized bed, the 3rd bedroom has a queen size bed. As well upstairs, there is another full bathroom and a half bath off the kitchen. Downstairs there is 1 full bathroom and 1 Large bedroom with a queen size bed and a double bed. This home also has a gym complete with infrared sauna for two, exercise bike, elliptical machine, bowflex machine, and tread mill . We are looking for families or mature couples visiting the Okanagan for relaxing holiday, golfing, wine tasting...The driveway has plenty of room for parking. There is also a fully equipped beautiful 1 bedroom suite available on the downstairs level, if you need more room or room to your selves, however, additional rates apply. Call the owner for details!
