Enjoy the sound and views of the ocean in this oceanfront, 3-bedroom condo in beautiful Oak Island. Start your morning watching the sunrise with a fresh cup of coffee and end your day watching the sunset with a glass of wine from the private, covered balcony. (yes, see the sunset over the water on the East Coast as OKI is south-facing!).
Sea la Vie is a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo that sleeps 7 that offers the convenience of being located on the first floor elevated (only one flight of stairs!) and does not have any units above (no noisy upstairs neighbors!).

• Linens and guest towels are provided for 7 guests.
• Community pool (seasonal), outside showers and private access to the beach through the gazebo - steps from the condo.
• Commercial grills and picnic tables
• Covered parking

SPECIAL NOTES:
- Sea la Vie is non-smoking and does not allow pets.
- Sunday change over day for weekly rentals between Memorial Day and Labor Day.
- Minimum night stays: 7 nights between Memorial Day and Labor day and 2 nights all other times.

• Several nearby golf courses, or for the avid golfer, Myrtle Beach is a 45-minute drive.

Oak Island Get Away
This property was a little gem with walk out access to the beach and a wonderful dune front view. It was modern and clean in the kitchen and common spaces. Since it is an end unit, it was pretty quiet and easy to access.

After searching the NC beaches for a vacation home, we fell in love with the peace and tranquility of Oak Island and it’s neighboring town of Southport (whose small-town feel reminded us of our childhood home). We hope you enjoy our home!
