Our condo building is located in Stanley Park/Parkhill community, one of Calgary’s finest communities. Incredible central proximity is mere minutes to Talisman Recreation Center, trendy shopping malls, parks, schools, playgrounds, LRT and downtown core.

- 5 minute walking to the 39 Avenue LRT (Light Rail Transit), has access to all 4 quadrants of the city. One stop to Stampede Park and two stops to downtown core.

- 5 minutes to drive to Calgary’s largest shopping mall – Chinook Center, and 10 minutes to trendy 4th Street and 17 Avenue.

- 5 minutes walking distance to Stanley Park. There is Lawn Bowling Club, Picnic areas and BBQ stands, Toboggan Hill, Tennis courts, Outdoor swimming pool and wading pool, Playground, bike path system along the elbow river…..

The building has a courtyard, elevator, underground parking and outdoor guest parking.

Our unit is the largest one in the building and features with 1009 square feet of living space, west facing balcony, in-floor heating, gas fireplace, in-suite laundry (brand new front load Washer and Dryer), and extremely spacious and functional kitchen.

Open concept kitchen offer you eat up bar, a dining table beside the southwest facing French window with sunshine pour in. The kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances, utensils for you to cook delicious meals.

This is a two bedroom and two bath rooms unit, queen bed and 4 pieces on suite offered in each bedroom. Spacious master bedroom offer walk-in closet and a large closet in second bedroom. There is a nice and comfortable sofa bed in the living room. We provide all beddings, lines, towels and sanitize bathrooms, all beddings, lines and towels after each stay.

Another wondderful stay in Calgary

We enjoyed another great stay in Calgary at Jane's lovely apartment. The apartment is spacious - each bedroom with its own full bath and the kitchen is fabulous. We entertained several family members several times and I had all the equipment that I needed to prepare and serve full meals. The deck provided a lovely spot to sit in the morning with coffee and in the evening with a glass of wine. The building and parking are very secure and easy to access from the MacLeod Trail.

We will be in Calgary again and will definitely stay here again!

Spacious condo

We stayed at this condo for a family wedding. The two bedroom, two bath combination worked well for our group of adults and the kitchen and living area are large enough that we didn't feel cramped. The condo was tidy and well organized, the beds are comfortable and the kitchen well stocked. The location was excellent for us as it was very close to the wedding venue, but it is also about a block away from a light rail station that took us downtown in about 10 minutes. The only downfall of the location is that there is not a grocery store within walking distance, though there are a few convenience stores nearby. Jane, the owner, was easy to deal with, sent us comprehensive directions, and communicated with us promptly. All-in-all a nice, comfortable, property in a good location.

Clean and spacious accommodations

My husband and I enjoyed our stay at this apartment for our weekend. It provided everything that was described in the listing. The two bedrooms are large, and each one has its own bathroom. Having the washing machine and dryer was also a plus. Just a short walk from the apartment exists Stanley Park, which is situated along the Elbow River. This provided plenty of walking trails and sightseeing opportunities during our evening walks. The only downside we could find with the apartment, and it was not a listed amenity, was the lack of air conditioning. Despite having been provided with two fans to keep the space cool, they did not really provide nearly the relief we were looking for. We stayed here in late July, so plan accordingly should you use this space during the warmer summer months.

Bright and spacious.

From the start we had good experience with this booking. Easy and good communication with Jane who answered questions and gave excellent information about access and nearby places to go.

It was an ideal place to stay in Calgary. Away from the centre, but a few minutes walk from the station where we could get a train that took us right into the city centre. Very close to the Heritage Centre that should not be missed.

Nice to have good safe parking below the building at no extra charge.

The condo itself is very bright, clean and spacious with everything available that we needed to be able to live as at home, including cooking all our meals.

A bonus after travelling around was the excellent laundry facilities.

Found the bed comfortable - had the first good nights sleep since arriving in Canada a couple of weeks earlier.

This property suited our purposes to a T. The location was perfect for our business in Calgary, it was close to the hospital, zoo and shopping. The secured parking was comforting. There were lots of dinner options on McLeod if you didn't want to cook your own dinner. The property has a barbecue that was super. We had our granddaughter with us, so we really appreciated the laundry room and the close proximity to the playground. The unit was very quiet, we felt as if we were the only people in the building. Jane was only a text away if we needed anything. The elevator and stairwell seemed quite musty but perhaps they are just starting an update. We would absolutely return! Thank you Jane for assisting us with a relaxing visit.

Good place for a weekend

Wonderful Location for a relax long weekend. Full-sized wonderful open-concept Kitchen allowed our family of four to save $ by cooking great meals at "home". Multi-purpose Paths (biking, walking etc) were accessible right from condo. Walking distance to Stanley Park, it allow my two small kids were enjoying biking there. Within 15 minutes drive of everything we needed to be at: Downtown, Chinook Mall and Stampede park! Owner was always helpful.
