Amazing southern exposure for maximum view of the water and Olympic Mountains. Hot tub to relax in plus all the luxuries of an open living space with infloor heating, fully equipped kitchen, airjet tub and shower in penthouse style master bedroom. Offstreet parking. located close to galloping Goose walking/biking trail. Superb kayaking on Portage inlet which connects with the Gorge waterway and leads to the Inner Harbour and open ocean. Enjoy the sunset while sipping wine in your zerogravity chair. We are just minutes away from downtown Victoria. Pets welcome. Owner lives in private basement suite.
We bought this property for the view and waterfront. It was an old renovated cottage with minimal garden. We have transformed it into a delightful garden with an amazing new home designed and built by my son Trevor. You will find the setting peaceful and relaxing with access to all amenities within minutes. We welcome pets with sleeping kennels and responsible owners.
Loved the location, so close to parks and trails as well as down town Victoria.
Caroline, was very accommodating even when our travel arrangements ended up getting us there at nearly 2 am. We were greeted with a bottle of wine and freshly baked muffins. We were a party of four adults and a child and joining two other adults and a child to celebrate our Christmas Holiday. We felt very "at home" in her home. It was exactly what we were hoping for.
Beautiful house , and the view is amazing !!! Everything was perfect thank you !!!!
My sister, niece and I spent 3 nights in this lovely modern home on the Portage Inlet. The views from the downstairs open living area as well as from the upstairs master bedroom are wonderfui and unobstructed. We enjoyed watching the water fowl and the Canadian geese. The home is nicely decorated and the kitchen is well stocked and a cook's dream. This home is not far from the main road and only a ten to fifteen minute drive into Victoria. Close to town and yet feels remote once you are in the home and enjoying the waterfront views. I needed to relax and this fit the bill. We visited in late October and there are no curtains or blinds on the south facing windows. When the sun reflected off the water and shone in to the house, I did put on my dark glasses. I could imagine staying for weeks in this home.
Host, Caroline was very helpful.
We four were very happy that we found this home.🙃🤗😁😍
Excellent property
Waterfront property on safe protected waterway for kayaking. 5 minutes to Galloping Goose walking/biking trail that will take you to downtown Victoria or out into the country to Sooke. Close to hospital and mall. 10 minute walk to bus stop. View eagles and herons from the penthouse style bedroom. Enjoy the sunset from my english style garden, relaxing in the hot tub or on your lounge with a glass of wine.

Central location with amazing amenities. Enjoy the early spring in the garden city. Our micro climate is the banana belt of CANADA. Blossoms are out as well as daffodils and tulips. You will be thrilled with the serenity of this home and so close to everything.
