John and Joan are great hosts. We really enjoyed our stay at the robins nest cabin. Very comfortable and the surroundings have such a rich history. I would definitely recommend it to friends and family.
Pleasant and enjoyable stay!
We very much enjoyed our little getaway! The cabin was superb and everything we needed was supplied. Our hosts, John and Joan were very gracious and helpful. There is also a nice trail behind the cabins that leads to a waterfall.
Wonderful quiet location
The cabin had everything I needed. Was a very relaxing stay. Thank you Joan and John.
Beautiful slice of paradise
The place was clean and had all the amenities that were required during our stay. Our visit was in the off season so we did no explore the property due to the snow cover, however it looks amazing and I look forward to returning in the summer.
This was such a pleasant stay. The cabin is new, and well-done. The owners are extremely experienced and have thought of everything. They not only allow dogs, they cater to them- there were wonderful little details like having a gate for the front porch so my dog could be outside without my worrying that he'd wander off. They had instructions for everything, and obviously took great care of the property. It was a great combination of feeling secluded but also safe. The area is stunning, too. I had never been to Kootenay Lake before and will definitely be going back.
We love staying at the cabin, and the area was beautiful. Joan was very accommodating and helpful, both with the cabin and things to do in the area. We would definitely come again.
Thanks Sean, we enjoyed hosting you. All the best to you, Joan
