Beautiful home with lots of space

  • 5 of 5

Spent a week at Mark's beautiful home with a total of 6 adults and two children. Everything mentioned on the description page was right on spot. Plenty of supplies, seasonings, cleaning products, etc. Overall, our favorite was the screened porch. We sat and enjoyed our after beach cocktails listening to the sounds of nature around us. The house was well layed out with bedrooms and private baths for each room. The one negative was the main floor bedroom did not have good bathroom lighting or a chest of drawers. There was a cabinet with baskets but not enough storage space for two people. All the other rooms were well furnished (although the room my husband and I slept in had a very uncomfortable mattress).

Mark was available any time I had a question or was in need of something.

We had a very enjoyable and comfortable stay and highly recommend this home for a large group.

Wonderful stay, great location and hospitable owner

  • 5 of 5

While we live in Lewes, we rented this home for 4 days as we were hosting some good friends from London and their two boys and needed more room. Mark was r soinsove to all email queries and was very helpful in orienting us to the house at check-in. The house is gorgeous and well appointed. We could not have found a better place to stay.

Beautiful with cool decor. Spacious & open w/large bedrooms. Loved enclosed sunroom & garden patio

  • 5 of 5

House is wonderful. Large open floor plan allows family time together. House is also spacious enough for priavcy and down time. Very cool decor with modern accoutrements. Bedrooms are spacious with large individual bathrooms. Modern kitchen with plenty of cooking implements and spices to prepare a great meal. Loved the outdoor spaces. Large enclosed screened porch with huge sofa surrounded by garden patio is great place to relax. Garden patio was great for outdoor dining. Front porch is quiet and breezy.

Neighborhood is wooded and quiet but within easy walking distance of shops and park.

Our host, Mark, was very helpful through the whole process. Provided tips on what to do and where to go. Kitchen was fully stocked with spices and necessities.

It was a wonderful place to experience rehobeth.

Everything that was promised - and more!

  • 5 of 5

This is a wonderful home, in the downtown section of Rehoboth Beach. The house is spacious and attractive, and was nicely equipped. We were there with five adults and two small children. The four bedrooms and five baths worked perfectly for us. The living room was a perfect gathering place for our family and the dining room doubled as a game room after the children were in bed. We cooked in most nights and made good use of the spacious kitchen and the BBQ grill. We really enjoyed the screened-in porch, the front balcony and the patio out back. Can you tell that we liked the house? Yep, we did!

The owner made sure that we knew how to contact him if we had any questions or issues. I called him one night when the grill's propane tank ran dry. He answered and directed me where to find a spare tank. Good planning on his part!

The only drawback is that the house is about 0.8 mile from the beach. Long walk with beach chairs and all the other stuff. So you have to drive, which is also a hassle. This was not a big deal for us, as we don't go to the beach every day. From the house, it was a convenient walk to shops, restaurants, Starbucks, bike rental shops and a very nice playground. We liked this convenience very much.

I highly recommend this property to anyone looking to have a nice week in Rehoboth Beach.

Awesome stay in a beautiful house!!!

  • 5 of 5

The house was beautiful and spacious. Mark was a gracious host with tremendous helpful tips to make our stay comfortable. The house is at a very central location that we can walk to any restaurants or bars in town. It's also right next the the Royal Farm. When we got lazy, we knew the world famous fried chicken was feet away:). As for the beach, Mark's city parking permit was so useful! We always drove to the beach and we could always find a close parking spot! Thanks again, Mark! We couldn't ask for a better experience and we will definitely come back!
