The Bryant Street guesthouse is an industrial loft style with exposed brick walls, polished concrete floors with in-floor radiant heat, and all the modern conveniences. Our guesthouse was originally built in the 1800's and was converted to its current use in 2014.
The guesthouse is it's own detached building on our property. It's got a funky industrial loft look and has all the features you'd expect of a brand new renovation. It's an open concept layout with a large walk-in closet behind the sleeping area. The kitchen is well stocked and all new cabinets and appliances. There is a fenced-in shared yard space with seating area.
Located in the heart of Lohi, Denver's hottest neighborhood, we're a short 10 minute walk to downtown. Or hop on our cruiser bikes and cruise the neighborhood, head downtown, or take a ride along the Platte River bike trail. We're located within walking distance of some of Denver's best restaurants and happy hour spots. Within 1-3 block range we have great places for foodies, including gourmet burgers, two fine dining establishments, a sit-down pizza place, a french bakery, several coffee shops and a frozen yogurt place. There are also a couple of fun bars with a couple blocks, and several more within a 5-10 minute walk.
We have FREE private off-street parking right in front of our guesthouse.
Owners live on-site in separate building and are available for recommendations, directions or happy hour!
