Please Note, we are only available as a Full Inn rental in our Fall and Winter seasons, October through April. We are unavailable for Full Inn rentals during our Spring and Summer months as we normally operate as a b&b with individual room rentals that are typically full through the Spring and Summer seasons. This is an ideal space for large families traveling together or for groups visiting Vancouver to attend conferences or weddings that want all stay in the same location but within a more private setting. We also make the Inn available as a Full rental during the Christmas Season for large families needing a single place for everyone to stay.
7 Night minimum stay on Full Inn Rentals.
This is a 3 level home, approx 3500sqft.
The main floor has a Living Room with gas fireplace and 3 Bedrooms as follows:
Room 1 - 1 Queen Bed, small juliette balcony overlooking the back courtyard, full ensuite bathroom.
Room 2 - 1 Queen Bed, Air Conditioning, full ensuite bathroom.
Room 3 - 1 Double Bed, French Doors that lead directly from the room to the back courtyard, full ensuite bathroom.
The second floor has the kitchen, a large dining room with gas fireplace, dining table for 8 plus a small table for 2 next to the window in the dining room alcove. This floor also has 2 Bedrooms as follows:
Room 4 - 1 Queen Bed, Air Conditioning, full ensuite bathroom.
Room 5 - Two level loft room with sitting area and TV on the lower level and sitting area with gas fireplace, 1 King Bed, and large ensuite bathroom with Jacuzzi bathtub on the upper level.
The Lower Level has a washer and dryer, side door access to the back courtyard, and 1 room as follows:
Room 6 - A fully self contained apartment with its own kitchen, 2 Queen Beds and full bathroom. The beds are in separate rooms in the suite, with one bed in the main living room area and one bed in the back bedroom (these are not fully closed off from each other as there is no door on the back bedroom, however, this space is the ideal spot for families with children).
The Back Courtyard is fully gated at both ends and is a great spot to socialize or to relax with a book or a glass of wine.
3 parking spaces are included.
Please note that breakfast service and daily cleaning service are not included or available when renting the home as a full rental.
There is a minimum stay of 7 Nights when booking the Inn as a full rental.
Cleaning fee of $150 is charged on full inn rental bookings.

Staying West of Denman is an ideal spot for visitors to Vancouver as it allows you all of the conveniences of being downtown while providing a quiet, peaceful place to unwind when you head home after a long day of touring the city.
Head 1 block West for English Bay and The Seawall. Bask in the sun at English Bay Beach, Enjoy a picnic lunch under the shade of a tree, take in a beautiful sunset over the water, or take a walk, run, bike ride, or roller blade around the 22km Seawall.
Head 1 block to the North and step out of the city and directly into world famous Stanley Park to explore some of the 400 hectares of West Coast Natural Rainforest. Walk, jog or bike any of the several kilometers of trails that wind through the park, take in a quick round of golf at the 18 hole, 3 par Stanley Park Pitch and Putt Golf Course, take a swim at the outdoor 2nd Beach pool, check out the local marine life at Vancouver Aquarium, or explore the beaches, historical points of interest, exceptional views over the water from several different vantage points and much much more. A day in Stanley Park makes it very easy to forget you are in the downtown of a major West Coast city!
3 blocks to the South will bring you to Denman Street, which connects English Bay to Coal Harbour. Denman Street has plenty of great restaurants and shops, as well as a large community rec centre for those that need access to a gym during their stay.
From Denman, walk to Robson Street (world class shopping and restaurants), Davie Street (home base for Vancouver's Gay and Lesbian community), Yaletown (trendy area of mostly converted heritage buildings - some of the cities best shops and restaurants are in this area) and Granville Street (Vancouver's primary entertainment district).
Other attractions within walking distance of the Inn include Granville Island, Gastown (though this is a bit of a longer walk - some may prefer to take a taxi when visiting Gastown), Coal Harbour & Ferries to the North Shore.

HOTEL TAX - As we are an Inn, we do have to charge Hotel Tax, which is 16.5% in BC. This amount will be added to the total on the reservation.
All guests that would be staying and visiting the Inn during a Full Inn Rental stay must be registered at the time of booking.
Breakfast service is not available as a part of a Full Inn Rental.
Daily cleaning service is not available as a part of a Full Inn Rental.
