This Oceanfront Vacation Destination is located on famous Alii Drive just two miles from the village shopping and Kailua Pier. The Condo has a partial Ocean View from the Lanai and is a ground floor unit, which is especially nice to enjoy the two pools, beach area and socialize. Just open the glass sliding door and step into paradise, no cumbersome stairs or elevator every time you want to go outside. Enjoy peace and quiet in a warm and friendly atmosphere where “Ohana”, your new family and friends, gather nightly at the Oceanfront Cabana to barbeque, relax near the surf, watch for whales and spinner dolphins and enjoy the sunset with your favorite tropical beverage. We know you’ll agree, this is truly paradise!

Really enjoyed this property!
The outdoor property and pools are lovely, it’s a very community feel. The day we arrived a group were playing Christmas tunes on their ukulele’s under the cabana, loved this! In the evening they blew their conch shells at sunset. The condo was very comfortable and had everything we needed, thank you! The bathroom was not clean when we arrived, but I spoke with Warren about this and he said they’d be sure to deal with the cleaners for the next time. Location was close to town. Would definitely stay at this property again!

This is the second time we've stayed at this property and we will be back! Wonderful location, wonderfully equipped kitchen, wonderfully equipped with beach items, very clean, would recommend this place to anyone.

Terrific place to stay!
This is a wonderful accommodation. Everything went very smoothly and the owner was great to work with. The condo is very well equipped - everything you need, including all the beach things you could possibly use. We really enjoyed how friendly other people were at the condo. A real sense of community. Would love to stay there again as the Big Island has it all - beaches, hiking, kayaking, snorkelling, etc. and the location of the condo is very central. Thank you for a wonderful vacation!

Great little Condo in Perfect Location
Warren was very responsive to any questions and needs. There was a mix up with the house cleaners but Warren immediately took care of it. The last time we stayed in this unit it was quieter. This time the upstairs neighbor was quite loud moving furniture around and up each morning at 6 stomping around. Everything in the unit was great. Well stocked and ready for the beach.

We have always enjoyed our stays at the Casa de Emdeko! This location was nice. The condo was clean and had adequate supplies. I would suggest an extra set of sheets for the king bed for those who have a long term stay. Other than that, we loved our stay in 129. Thank you Warren!
