Beautiful Beachside Townhouse, 3 bedrooms 2 baths

Ocean Reef Condominium is a townhouse style, tropical themed, low density complex. We are called a Boutique condo, due to the fact that our 45-unit complex, hosts a lush private pool area and a much longer, wider stretch of beach than most of the 'monster' high-rises. Our unit has only 4 units in our building, and the stairs lead right to your front door, from your covered parking area! No waiting for the wet stinky elevator here! We are 1/4 mile west from the intersection of Hwy 59/182, within easy walking distance to numerous restaurants and shops. (Bahama Bobs, The Hang Out, Tiki Hut Souvenirs, Alvin's Island, Hooter's, West Beach Grille, Tequila's Fine Mexican, etc.)

Our updated unit has on the lower floor a 'L' shaped living room, dinette and kitchen. There is 1 king bedroom, 1 queen bedroom and a full bath with granite countertops. The 2 bedrooms share a nice, peaceful deck with side view of the Gulf. (no direct Gulf view)

Upstairs features a queen suite with a private bathroom and sweeping views. All bedrooms and living room have HD FLAT SCREEN TV's. The unit is equipped with wireless internet and cable. UNIT SLEEPS 6 ADULTS COMFORTABLY. THERE IS AN ADDITIONAL BLOW UP MATTRESS SUITED FOR 2 CHILDREN (UPON REQUEST)

The kitchen updated in 2012 host new appliances, granite counter tops with tiled back splash, new cabinets, tiled floor and a washer/dryer.

All bedrooms are nicely appointed with Caribbean/Beachy décor, and newly carpeted in 2013.

This townhouse complex has designated covered parking under the unit. Making it nice not to have to unload a trunk in the hot sun or rain. There is a large lush pool just outside your front door, just down the steps. You can keep an eye on the kids at the pool or people watch from the front porch. We offer over 200' of beautiful pearl white Gulf sand beach just 100' feet away. We have 2 nice grilling areas outdoor, by the pool, complete with new charcoal grills and picnic tables for a family burger night, or for the fresh catch of the day!

Ocean Reef is a family oriented complex, not a high rise, no elevators, no street to cross and no massive parking lots to carry supplies and luggage through. Our unit is on the third floor, 30 steps and 2 landings up from the pool and parking.

There is a security guard on grounds for that extra piece of mind. We also have a local condo representative to help with any issues you might have while you are a guest with us.

Most people who stay at Ocean Reef fall in love with us and return year after year. So if you are looking for a relaxing enjoyable beach vacation you will enjoy the Ocean Reef laid back atmosphere.
