This is a woderful place we will come back any chance we get.
The secluded and beautiful outdoors, filled with entertaining options (including a private playground!) was just what we wanted.
It felt like being home, with everything we needed and more.
Jennifer was the perfect hostess, always available when we needed her and quick to respond and resolve any issues.
We are already planning when to come back!
Relaxing and stress free weekend.
Had a great time at the farm. I highly recommend this property. The house was very inviting and comfortable. My niece and nephew enjoyed the game room. The bedrooms are large and comfortable. The scenery is absolutely breathtaking. The weather unfortunately did not cooperate so we couldn’t enjoy the gazebo or the fire pit. We still went to the fair and made the best of it. The owner, Mrs. Jennifer Ellison, is a great hostess. We had good communication with her. She was very flexible with check in and check out times. Thank you for that. She is very friendly and helpful. A special thank you to the property manager Betsy. She was also very friendly to talk to and very helpful. We would definitely rent again the next time we are in the area. Thank you, Mrs. Ellison. Dan Valentin
Great place to stay and owners are great to deal with!!
Awesome relaxing week
My sister, brother, and I spent a week at Briggs Farm with our spouses. Great old farm house with plenty of space and lots of amenities. Soft sheets, soft towels, plenty of hot water, and a spacious kitchen. Quaint inside. Beautiful outside. Reminded me of growing up in Sidney- clean cool air, soft grass, expansive views. We spent all of our evenings sitting on the patio, in the gazebo, or out by the fire pit. Definitely gets my recommendation. Our family has already decided to come back next year.
Cozy and relaxing.
Rented this home for some well needed R&R...it was a peaceful stay with cozy nights. Beds were so comfortable, my family enjoyed every moment there. The owner was very kind and considerate to us, she had everything organized upon arrival. We will return in the future. Thank you!
wonderful quiet break away from urbanity
This house is part of a farm complex. It is very well organized, well equipped, spacious, and isolated. That's what we were looking for so we really enjoyed it. Jennifer is very gracious, responsive, and really does her utmost to help.
The house is great, but it's important to know that shopping is a bit of a haul. Convenience shopping is close by (5 min drive), but the nice store (Wegman's) with all the good stuff you really want on your table and a very large organic selection is a 40 min drive each way.
Fly fishing paradise. Home to one of the best wild brown and rainbow trout fishing in the Northeast. Lake Como a short distance away to visit your children on Parent's weekends. Farm house with amenities 2.5 miles from the West Branch of the upper Delaware River. Best of both worlds. 2.5 hours to mid-town Manhattan. We offer prepared meals, daily maid service, heated gazebo, geothermal central air conditioning and heat along with solar hot water. On a working 400 acre farm. Beautiful, quiet and lovely.
