The villa features a new open kitchen with granite,full bathroom, king sized bed, sofa bed, sofa and lounge chair. The villa is all on one level with no stairs. There is a full size refrigerator, stove, microwave,stereo,tv,bar area,internet. This 1000 square foot efficiency unit has great direct views of the CalibogueSound, large,private, waterfront patio, and is just a few steps to the lighthouse, shops, marina, restaurants and entertainment of Harbour Town. Guests get discounts to Sea Pines amenities and can also use the Harbourtown pool.

Who said you can't have it all?? You can shop, dine, participate in water sports, watch the million-dollar yachts, climb to the top of the famous lighthouse, and listen to live music while you watch the sunset. Ride the complimentary trolley or bike to the beach which is just eight minutes away by bike and a few minutes by car.

Sea Pines Plantation features two marinas, large beach club with dining facilities, 600 acre nature preserve,many restaurants, three golf courses, and tennis.

Patty and Tom are active in the community. They are boaters and RV fans. They travel with their two dogs, Lucy and Ricky. They named their boat Two Dogs.

Why they chose this property

For visitors, Harbourtown is the most desirable area on Hilton Head Island. You can see the Lighthouse and still have a large private patio overlooking the sound. You can walk to golf, tennis, boating, shops and restaurants. Harbour Town is the scene of much activity, but the villa is private and quiet when you sit out back on the patio.

What makes this property unique

Water views from everywhere in the villa. No stairs, privacy, quiet with no one above you. This is like your own little house. There is private parking just outside the front door. Out front is the Lighthouse, harbor, shops and all the activities and in the back of the villa is a serene water view, quiet and peaceful.
