Long stay suite, 30 days or more, please. Weekend visitors are OK (second bedroom), however, accommodation is generally for parties of one or two. There is a mini washing machine newly installed, and twice monthly we provide fresh linen and towels.

Our Spacious and Comfortable garden suite is in a quiet neighbourhood, with nearby shopping for all of your daily needs, and walking distance to downtown. Private entry, no step walk in, full size, full height ground level suite, overlooking lovely garden patios front and back. There's street parking, and usually there's space right in front of the house.

There's a full size kitchen with everything you need, and lots of counter space to enjoy your meal preparation. Large Master with queen bed, 2nd bedroom is smaller with a double. Comfortable dining area beside the kitchen, with an open plan living area. Flat screen smart TV for you to access your streaming service, or select from our DVD library. Working holiday? You'll appreciate the full size desk, WiFi included. Need an occasional print/scan/copy? We can help. The open plan living area is over 30 feet from dining area to living room, so no need to feel cramped here!

Need anything? We are a quiet couple right upstairs, in a no pets, no kids, no smoking environment. We're also life-long locals, so we can point you in the right direction for anything from local attractions and events, to the best hiking or biking trails, to the best swimming hole, or...well, just ask!

RARE FIND
I had a lovely stay at Martin's place. Unit is in great location,quiet, equipped with everything one could possible need. There is plenty of light, plug ins and outlets. Hosts are very pleasant and helpful. There is a fantastic book selection on BC and Canada. Small garden is a pure joy to relax in with a huge variety of local plants. Provided robes are special treat. Martin has obviously thought of everything possible to assure guests comfort. I sure would stay again and would highly recommend it. Stayed July 2023 Neda

Fabulous stay in Victoria West
Very friendly hosts that responded immediately. Beautiful space that immersed you in Victoria. Comfortable furniture and beds, extremely clean. Open concept living was bright and airy. Well layed out kitchen. Great little outdoor, secluded patio, surrounded by garden. Location is perfect...walk to downtown along the ocean, walk to the wood fired bread bakery, walk to Spinnakers brew pub, walk to major grocery store. Look forward to when we can return!

Winter getaway
We really enjoyed our stay at Martin's property. Having two bedrooms was wonderful, although the Covid spike at Christmas meant that our kids that we had expected didn't come. For someone working remotely, the internet was great, as was the full size desk. The space was clean and quiet, and I bet the patio off the entry door would be spectacular in the spring, summer and fall.

I built this home in 1991 and probably will own it forever! I consider the location to be perfect - on a quiet residential street, yet close to downtown. Our neighbourhood has grown so much over the last few years - all the desired conveniences are at hand. I hope you will enjoy it as much as I do.
