Located in the heart of downtown Asheville, you will be within steps of all that the city has to offer. The finest restaurants, breweries, music venues and art are all within walking distance of this convenient location. If you are looking for the ultimate Asheville experience, this location is the perfect home base for you. Plus, you can park your car and leave it during your stay in our enclosed garage located within the building.

The unit is beautifully decorated and provides with you with a two-bedroom, open living room and fully equipped kitchen. The hardwood floors and high ceilings represents the charm that you will experience in Asheville but with modern upgrades and conveniences.

Linens are provided for the comfortable king size and queen size beds and in the full and 1/2 baths. A laundry room is located inside the building.

You will also find wonderful hair care products from Ananda Salon (the premiere hair salon in Asheville), located just downstairs, on the retail level of the building. You can receive salon services from Ananda, without ever leaving the building! !
We also have a one-bedroom unit in the same building. This is perfect for family or friends traveling together. Be sure to check out our other VRBO properties including a one-bedroom unit in Asheville’s River Arts District or our three-bedroom house in Naples, Florida.

Marathon weekend was a success
This property was wonderful, and very close to the starting location for the Asheville Marathon. We were also within walking distance to various restaurants. The hosts were pleasant and prompt in replies. My family and I highly recommend this property.

Excellent location!
Really perfect place for my wife and me…and we will be back with other family members. Fantastic to have an inside parking spot in the middle of downtown. We walked all over from there. Old Europe coffee and pastries next door was a great way to start the day!

Perfect location
We loved our stay at this property. Rick, the manager of the property, was so nice and helpful from beginning to end. The apartment was so nice with great beds and linens. And-this is rare for a vacation rental-the living room furniture was comfortable. You can walk right out the front door and into downtown Asheville. You can walk to all the amazing eateries and breweries. We would definitely stay here again.
