Notes:
For our youngest guests, we have 2 Pack and Plays and 2 highchairs in our home. We also have a Step 2 roller coaster and Fisher Price tricycle in our heated garage. The roller coaster is always a favorite of our young guests! In the summer, enjoy the roller coaster out on the paved drive way.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
We will make our best commercial effort to re-rent the property in the event of a cancelation. If we are able to re-rent at a rate equal or greater than the original rental contract, we will provide a full refund, less a $100 cancellation fee. If the new contract is of lower value, we will provide a refund pro rata, less a $100 cancellation fee.

Trip Insurance is available through VRBO/HomeAway and others, and is quite reasonable and recommended.

We do not allow smoking on the premises.
