One bedroom suite, attached to the main one level house with its own private entrance.
Perfect for 2 people.
There is easy free parking on the street or drive way. If you stay in town you don't even need a car; the house is located on a quiet cul de sac, walking distance to the village , beach and festivals. Free shuttle to the village in July and August.
The newly remodeled apartment is 365 sq ft, there is a queen size bed in the bedroom and it is separated from the living room by a double door. there is a 42' flat screen HDTV in the living room, books to read in English and French.
There is a well equipped kitchenette in the living room with refrigerator, washer/dryer, microwave oven, induction cook-top, coffee maker, toaster, electric tea kettle, iron and board.
You can enjoy the sunny back patio equipped with lounge chairs, dining table and a gas barbecue.
The hiking trails starts on the foot steps of the house and are perfect for walking, running and mountain biking in the hills around.
Relax and enjoy the chirping of the birds.

Home away from home
My son stayed here for almost 6 months during his internship in the area. Olga and Jacques are the most gracious hosts. They couldn’t have been more helpful. They treated him like family. Their quaint apartment is just perfect for a couple or one adult and has everything you need for a quick stay or an extended stay. Private, quiet and peaceful. Olga was always available to answer questions by phone, text, or in person and checked in to make sure he had everything he needed. He enjoyed the proximity to the canyon trails and exploring the beach community and the beaches. The pictures and description of their place are perfect. My son could not have had a better experience in California. Many, many thanks to Olga and Jacques!!!!

What makes this property unique

This property is close to everything and best of all it's quiet. You can really enjoy the beauty of nature, lots of trees, home of so many birds of beautiful colors and sounds. Very peaceful environment for reading, meditating, painting, drawing or just relaxing.
If you like a more active life style, this is also the perfect place for walking, running or mountain biking. If you enjoy more the ocean activities it's only a mile away, you don't have to worry about parking, just leave it at the property and walk to the beach.
If you enjoy art you can walk to the village, home of so many galleries and expos. In July and August the Sawdust art festival and The Pageant of the Masters are a world renown attraction and it's happening just down the street.
Beside being a quiet retreat, this property is also centrally located on the coast so it's an easy drive to other Orange county attractions as well as Los Angeles to the north and San Diego to the south.
