This private, condominium community hideaway is centrally located with easy access to all of the island's activities, facilities and amenities. Additionally, we only a few steps from the new Sea Palms Club House, Golf course, Pro shop, practice putting green and dining.

This premier golf destination features 27 holes of championship golf and offers a rewarding experience for golfers of all skill levels.

Our property has an ideal first floor, corner location which is bathed in cheerful, natural sunlight from all bedrooms, kitchen and living areas. This combination creates a unique atmosphere of natural beauty, convenience and recreation.

Our covered balcony overlooks the private community pool with backdrop views of one of the most unique tidal marshes on the Georgia Coast.

Our property features top-of-the-line construction and furnishings including four spacious bedrooms, three bathrooms, plantation shutters, crown molding, tile and hardwood floors, fully furnished kitchen, granite counter tops, wet bar with refrigerator and ice maker.

The Master Suite features a King sized bed, Armoire, ceiling fan, plantation shutters and large en-suite bathroom with Jacuzzi tub and shower.

The second master features a queen bed with a connection to a private bath. Two additional guest rooms each have twin beds with a shared connecting private bathroom.

The kitchen is fully equipped with appropriate pantry items including coffee maker and microwave oven. The kitchen also has an eat-in bar area with a granite counter top and bar stools.

The condo is equipped with high speed wireless internet access and a secured network throughout the unit.

The dining table seats eight with views through multiple windows with lots of natural light.

Our location within the Sea Palms Resort complex offers convenient access every amenity on St. Simon's Island and the surrounding area.

Located in a small, private community, is an ideal hideaway for families, couples and friends. Our prime location provides easy access to all major attractions, restaurants, shopping, biking, hiking and beach activities.

If you are a golfer, this is an unequaled location to enjoy one of the area's best golf. We are only a few steps across our private parking area from the new Sea Palms Club House, pro shop, practice putting green and the starter area.

It is a first floor corner unit with lots of natural light and an unequaled view of the tidal marsh. The private community pool is located directly behind our unit and is overlooked by our outdoor patio.

St. Simon's Island has a sub-tropical climate which makes it an ideal location for four season enjoyment

Wonderful Vacation Site

The condo was just as presented in the VRBO description. Beautifully decorated with everything needed for a comfortable vacation. A great golf course just a hundred yards away, and a swimming pool just 50 feet away. An abundance of shopping sites and wonderful restaurants just a short drive away. Plenty of nearby historical and/or interesting sites to visit

The condo owner was an ideal host, providing lots of helpful information and promptly answering all questions. Suggest that travelers using gps for directions use the address of Sea Palms Golf Resort.

Great Condo, great location, couldn't ask for more

Condo was fantastic. My wife and I (with a group of friends) have been renting this condo for several years now. It's in a great location for easy access to the beach, restaurants, and other amenities. The condo is next door to the Sea Palms golf club. We walked over and had diner and listened to live music. The condo also has a great view of the pool and marsh.

The condo has four large bedrooms, 3 nice baths, a large kitchen/dining area as well as a large sitting area. There were six of us and we had plenty of room to spread out and not be crowded.

Ray was great to work with. The check-in/out process could not be simpler. Can't wait to return next year.

This condo is an awesome place to vacation!!!

This is a very nice, clean, and well appointed condo. The location is great - easy access to golf, shopping, the beach, nature and historical sites. The onsite pool is directly behind the condo and so easily accessible. Directly next door is fine dining, entertainment, and golfing at Sea Palms. The neighborhood is so peaceful. We so enjoyed riding bikes all thru the area. I'm looking forward to staying there again and would definitely recommend it to a group of couples looking to get together for a reunion or for a family with children. It is well equipped for either.

Perfectly Situated, Spacious and Comfortable

We have stayed here 3 years in a row! It is perfect for us. Spacious and overlooking the pool. Close to lots of attractions in town and yet even more convenient to several different choices for outside exercise! Looking forward to next year!
