Outstanding Ocean Views and the beach access to the Atlantic makes this fantastic semi-Oceanfront home- a perfect vacation choice. The steps to the ocean are right in front of the house; Located just 75 feet from the Beach, your family will love being close to the ocean. The furnishings and décor are so comfortable, you’ll feel right at home. Bright, cheerful and very well equipped, this home has a covered deck facing the ocean, where you can relax and enjoy the cool Atlantic breeze.

Ground Level: Parking for 4 cars, Picnic Table and Patio BBQ Grilling area, outside shower and full bath, covered deck, direct access to beach (just across beach road).

Main Level: Open living and dining area w/TV entertainment center, ocean views, Full size Kitchen, Pub table with additional counter bar seating, 3 Bedrooms: Room #1 Queen bed with tv.. Room #2 King Bed with ensuite full bath(tub-shower combo). #3 Double bed.. Full Hallway bathroom (tub-shower combo) , full size washer and dryer in laundry area, sun deck (back of house) and covered fron porch with seating and swing bench. ( 2 baths up and one down)
Bring your own sheets or you can contact Moneysworth Rentals... order on line and have them dropped off and picked up at the end of the week...email to get delivery address. 4020 n. va dare trail, Kitty Hawk. delivery address

Features include: Central AC/Heat, Washer/Dryer, Full Kitchen-Stove,dishwasher, microwave, phone, 3 TVs, VCR, DVD, Stereo w/CD, Ceiling fans and deck furniture. Rents Saturday to Saturday- Check out 10AM check in after 4PM Towels are provided but must be laundered before leaving, sheets NOT provided. Check-in is via key pad and code(digital keyless locks) will be sent by email the week before, from VRBO.

At The Beach
Great house for my family to stay to get some beach time. Walking to and from the beach was a breeze. Close to restaurants. Just the right sizes house for us. We will be back!

August vacation
Buddy's Place was the perfect house for our small family vacation. The house had everything we needed and the location was perfect! Right across the street from the beach access. We would definitely stay here again!

Buddy's place is a lovely vacation house that is very well maintained so that it may be enjoyed by all renters; the outside decks and Tiki bar are added features that are sure to be enjoyed by all.
