The Lodge offers everything you could possibly desire in a vacation home, with amenities for everyone in your family, as well as various different areas to relax, escape or even work...if you must! Harmony Lodge is without question, the most luxurious option available in the Pinnacle town-homes, having been completely renovated to the highest standard in the past few years, and professionally decorated by a leading local designer. With its choice location, between Deer Valley and Old town, it’s the perfect launching pad to enjoy all that Park City has to offer, without being locked in to one specific spot!

We know what’s important in a family/group getaway: comfortable gathering spaces; options for various activities and dining; separation in living spaces and privacy. It’s why we love this place!

Start your day with a hearty breakfast at the 12 person dining table (with additional seating for five at the breakfast bar) enjoying views of Deer Valley's famous ski runs in the winter, and the green mountains covered in wildflowers in the summer. Avoid crowds and traffic and hop on the free Pinnacle shuttle (winter only) that picks you up at your front door to take you the short 3/4 mile to Snow Park Lodge. Here you can purchase your lift tickets, rent skis, meet up for a lesson, drop the kids off at the Deer Valley ski school, or dine. During the Summer months, the hiking here is endless, and the resort offers lifts for bikers to the top of the mountain, with trails for every level. The concert series offers frequent concerts, with great musical acts performing to a crowd on the lawn, under the stars. Park City Mountain Resort sets up a play land of sorts during the summer, with alpine slides, trampolines, a zip-line and more.

Back at home, relax in your beautifully decorated, luxurious mountain retreat. Enjoy a soak in the hot tub, BBQ a meal on the deck or cook dinner in the fully stocked chef's kitchen, warm-up by the crackling fire with some hot cocoa or a cocktail, play a game of chess or backgammon at the game table, and cap the evening off by relaxing to a movie in your own Suite.

All bedrooms are very large and have their own bathroom and TV. The kids bunk room sleeps 6...your kids will love this cozy room set up just for them. As added luxuries, each bedroom offers quality linens, down bedding and pillows, plenty of closet and/or drawer space, a place to sit, and floor heaters if needed. The King Master has a lovely steam shower, and four out of the 5 full baths have double vanities! We have just installed Air Conditioning throughout the house.

The bars and food are just plain fun, and the kids are never lacking in things to do around town. Pinnacle town-homes also happen to be some of the most spacious units in all of Deer Valley, and that was a huge draw as well. We are able to bring in family and friends from both coasts, and sleep up to 18 people! The cousins talk about our place endlessly, and everyone always leaves wanting more!

Very convenient to Old Town and the base of Deer Valley (Snow Park Lodge). There is a private shuttle (Winter only) that you can call and it will pick you up right at your door and take you to Snow Park Lodge (0.75 miles) . This shuttle runs from 6AM - 7PM. There is also the free Park City Shuttle that will take you to Old Town, Park City Resort, the Canyons and many other locations. This shuttle stop is only 100 yards from the town-home.

Perfect for a large group

I have been coming to Deer Valley for over 25 years and have stayed in many condos there and must say that this one certainly is one of the nicest. I took my 20 something sons and their friends and I have to say, there was plenty of space for everyone. Big bed rooms, great kitchen and a wonderful living room, especially for watching the super bowl.

Great location

We had plenty of beds for family of 4 couples and 3 children. This house needs some updating to make it outstanding. The lighting throughout the house is horrible. Most bedrooms only have bedside lamps and no overhead lights. Not all bedrooms have TVs and there is only one living space which does not have adequate seating for a large group. There has been a change of ownership but the website has not been updated to reflect the changes. Example the game table in the picture was not present in the home. We had a few maintenance issues but John and Scott were fast to repair. The best part of the house is the dining room table which seats 12 and has a fantastic lazy susan. The internet was excellent which we all appreciated. In general the house looks tired. Really only average in comparison to other properties we have rented.

Owner's Response: I'm glad to hear you enjoyed your visit to Park City and that you really liked the 12 person round dining table and the excellent internet access. Also, it's good to hear that John and Scott were very responsive when there were some minor repairs to be made (kitchen faucet). Both the owners and Red Sky Resorts strive to provide a quick response and to ensure complete guest satisfaction for any issues. We appreciate and take seriously all guest feedback. The owners recently purchased the property and they have been hosting guests since the summer. They have been upgrading the unit in the following ways: 1) New higher quality towels 2) New higher quality 1000 thread count sheets 3) Benches at the end of each bed 4) Upgraded art work through though out the house 5) Brand new Wolf microwave, Bosch dishwasher and Wolf oven 6) New knives and wine glasses and a fully equipped gourmet kitchen 7) New game table in the living room 8) New kitchen bar stools The owners are continuing to invest in the property. It is already one of the nicest properties in the Pinnacle development, but they are striving to make it even better. Regarding your specific issues, we are looking at the lighting and considering adding additional floor lamps. Because of the very high ceilings in much of the house, additional over head lighting is probably not the best way to go. All of the bedrooms rooms, but one, do have TV's and the owner is considering adding a TV in that bedroom. I do apologize for the photo showing the game table being present while in reality it was no longer in the property during your stay. The owner has ordered a new game table that will be setup in the next week. There are also additional chairs in the living area that should make it comfortable for a large group. I do apologize that the property did not meet your expectations. If you do come back and stay with us again, I believe you will be pleasantly surprised.

Excellent Home for Vacation!

The house was perfect for our vacation in Deer Valley. Everything was as pictured - rooms were all well appointed, kitchen was very clean and well stocked with all the appliances and cookware we needed. The property manager and the owner made sure we had everything we needed...even helping us to ensure we rented all the right baby gates to fit the stairs. Super convenient to mountain and to town. I would highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Deer Valley.

Beautiful home with some concerns.....

House was as pictured and fulfilled our space requirements. Banister was pulled out from the newel post causing the wrought iron spindles to fall out. I texted the home owner within 10 hours of my late arrival and was told she was aware of it, however, when we checked out she wanted to keep $200 of our damage deposit. Working through the property manager we did not have to pay. Also, property was advertised as having a pack-n-play and did not have one on site when we checked in. Otherwise...great location with free shuttle service to Deer Valley.

Owner's Response: I’m so glad you enjoyed our home, thought it was beautiful and gave it a 5 star rating. It is very important to show our guests the utmost of hospitality, and connect with each in some way when they are in town. Let me briefly address the concerns posted. Regarding the Pack ‘n Play: This has always been there for guests as stated in the listing. I removed it that week, as I had an infant staying in my personal home. It was cleaned, and ready to go back, when I received a text from your daughter, asking where it was. I apologized for having removed it, and said I would bring it back right away. She said it wasn’t necessary, that they needed a new one anyway, and that they were going to buy one. It is back there now. Regarding the stair turn-posts...this was a terrible misunderstanding, and a complete miscommunication. There are many turn-posts going up the stairs, and from time to time, one gets loose, comes out of place etc. I received your text saying that some had come out, were loose, and that the banister was loose. I just assumed based on the tone of the text, that this was the same minor thing as in the past. However, when I arrived there after your checkout, I was shocked with what I found. An entire banister had been completely ripped out of the support beam, 8 or 9 posts were dangling, and 4 had been removed all together leaving raw wood exposed. I have a 24 hour maintenance crew that I would have called immediately to repair the stairs, had I been told how bad it really was. Again, I live in town, and made a couple of communications with your group, offering up whatever was needed during your stay. It was as though the severity of the stairs was hidden from me, and the speedy repair by my maintenance crew, as a new family was checking in that day at 4pm, cost over $200. I would never charge a guest for normal wear and tear, and have never had to! It’s such a shame it had to come to that. For me, it was a great lesson learned; always ask for more details and if possible, have a photo sent. I wish I would have asked for this, because I would have had it repaired immediately, and I wouldn’t be sitting here now trying to defend myself. Our home in Deer Valley is a very special place, with nothing but the greatest feedback from the wonderful guests I have spoken to and personally met. I’m always so pleased with the care that people take of our home, and love the fact that people want to come back again and again.
